Defended Jackson a lot and still think he’s a good player, but for what you want in a ST and their ability in the box/in front of goal, he’s lacking in almost every department.

Like I said, I’d sell if a good enough offer came.

I can see why we took a gamble on him to be honest as he is a good player.

If he can be more clinical it would make up for some of his other deficiencies but you are either born with that or it’s something that develops over a long period, a luxury we don’t have due to inept squad planning.

a good player?

Tell me 3 things he is good at. I will start you off....

  1. Running around and pressing

  2. tbc

  3. tbc

Bakayoko vs Watford levels from Jackson today.

Actually pretty shocked he has managed to get to this level playing football. If he had come through the English system I doubt he would've made it as a professional.

Doesn't do anything particularly well.

Bakayoko levels are the standard for Jackson now.

Hilarious seeing you all giddy when the only rational solution you provided was Nkunku who is even more ass than Jackson.

Only rational solution? I literally said anyone....that is an infinite amount of solutions....

I am not giddy. I am pissed off at my obsessive need to call out this lame mule over and over again. But all the time people support the notion of him playing for us, I will fight the good fight and continue to argue.

He should, under no circumstances, play for us up front. I don't care what anybody else says. It makes no matter the excuses or mental gymnastics to try and justify his solution - but he is hurting us. The madness needs to stop, and the sooner us fans all collectively call him out, the better.

I'm with you - should play George if he's fit - simply because he can put the ball in the net.

I'd give McNeilly a chance but aren't they freezing him out cos he's not playing in a sh*t Portuguese or Brazilian league atm.

championship level striker.. stopped trying .. his redemption was not letting the misses get him down but at this point it’s diabolical..

I still blame the directors to be honest.. to leave a manager with only nico as the option and waste money on Felix to get CG put of the club .. people lose jobs fpr much less this was a crime.

He's crap and let's be honest we all knew he was crap the moment we signed him from Villareal, hoping he would be good. Players have an aura and he has that aura of a player not good enough for Chelsea. Same goes for KDH and Sanchez.

Surprised the usual bunch are not on this thread defending him…..

Best we have etc etc….the same trite nonsense over and over again

When he's on form and playing with some confidence he is the best we have. Right now though, he's a liability so I will admit to being wrong about playing him now.

Half right… although, was more having a playful dig at a couple of others, who have been quite vitriolic and “name cally” in their defense of the donkey one

Sorry mate, been bank holiday in the UK so had better things to be doing than shouting into the void on an online forum. Bank holiday is a bit like thanksgiving for you overseas yank fans btw.

On form Jackson is still the best we have to play 9. He's horribly off form like the rest of the team.
