Check out the save from Martinez in this game, it's one of the best you will see.

At full speed, it looks like he got lucky, but once you slow it down, it shows his reaction speed to keep it from going over the line.

It's important to point out that Liverpool will have a game in hand on us, but even so, a win tomorrow would be massive and put real pressure on them. As for Arsenal, they look terrible from open play this season.

Long may it continue.

Massive opportunity presents itself tonight.

Great to see Liverpool and Arsenal both dropped points.

Certainly does, and we know who's shoulders the weight falls on:

No pressure, as long as he gets his nuggets and strawberry milkshake.

Didn't Usain Bolt love McDonald's nuggets too? There was an interview at 2012 iirc where he said it didn't matter which country he was in, he would eat mcDonalds nuggets!

It's all about the nuggets...hmmmm

🧐🤔

French officials have reportedly banned McDonald's, more specifically chicken nuggets, from the 2024 Paris Olympics menu.

Speaking to The Guardian, Philipp Würz, head of food at this year's games, says he was shocked to learn that many athletes flocked to McDonald's during the London Olympics.

Usain Bolt famously ate 1,000 chicken nuggets during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, which is an average of 100 nuggets per day. Bolt ate the nuggets for every meal, washed down with bottled water. This unusual meal choice was a result of Bolt sticking to what he knew, as he was concerned that the food in Beijing wouldn't suit him.

Bolt's diet of chicken nuggets helped him break world records in the 100m, 200m, and 4x100m at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He ran the 100m in 9.69 seconds and the 200m in 19.30 seconds.

Bolt later said in his autobiography, Faster than Lightning, "Man, I should have gotten a gold medal for all that chowing down".

When Bolt returned to Beijing for the 2015 World Championships, he chose a different diet and didn't eat chicken nuggets. He said, "They really are providing a lot better food here than in 2008, so no chicken nuggets for me this year"

Not very good defending from Lamptey for Palace’s second goal.

He's just too small to challenge tall players for balls like that.
