Today was another example of why VAR is important and why those in charge of it are inept.

Liverpool should have had a red card, and if we had VAR, it would have been given.

Jesus was offside for Arsenal, if we had VAR, his goal would have been overturned.

Well I think we can safely say we won't be stop at Christmas.

Even if we beat Everton no way do Pool fail to beat Spurs with thar shocking defence.

You just never know with Spurs. One of the few times I want to see Spurs win. 5-4 would be nice.

Hope the bar-codes lift the league cup this year though as don't want to see any of the other three teams winning it.

I'll happily take a repeat of last season's result ... a 2-1 win for Spurs and two Liverpool players sent off 🙂

Spurs had VDV and Romero then though. Now is Dragsiun and midfielder Gray as their CBS vs Salah.

Slot has also made Pool better defensively, gone are the days of Klopps football.

Mind you against 9 men Spurs might get something, but what are the chances of the ref going against Pool after the ref vs Fulham was slammed by them and the media?

Ouch.

Some are saying the Monaco player did it on purpose, but I don't agree. Looking at the replay, he's tried to dink the ball and leap over Donnarumma, but he's kicked the turf instead of the ball and messed up his balance and decision making.

Wow, lucky he did not lose an eye...

I admit, the people who wanted us to sign Duran had a point. He is quite good

He’s quality, him and Jackson competing for number 1 would be epic. I noted all the players laurel and hardy + Joe shields wanted to sign are bloody good. It’s the players who Ted Lasso and EB signed who seems to be of the lower standards.

Chelsea's performances with an injury-ravaged squad last season are certainly holding up quite well to the similarly (but less) afflicted Manchester City LOL, who look like "improving" their recent run to 1-2-9 if they go on to lose to Villa today, which would be a 75% loss rate in the last 12 games. "Astonishing Ralph ... " 🙂

City 6th if result holds. Without anyone else playing.

They are on mid table form if this holds. Who would of thought that after match day one.

We were unlucky to play them day one.

Yeah sadly looks like we missed out there, seems that quoted 40mill would have been a bargain.

Definitely, they had eyes for talent. Eghbali and Todd should just trust the guys they hired.

It is. That would have been a cracking signing+Palmer, Nkunku and Guiu
