I love games like this, same as the early cup rounds. Very few things purer in football than seeing the youngsters (most of whom have been at the club since they were children) getting to wear the shirt for the senior side. 

Negatives: my MOTM spreadsheet becomes annoyingly large. 

I also like the idea of a 17-year-old saying "sorry, I can't come to school today, I have to travel 14 hours to Almaty with work".
