Rice is easily one of West Ham's best players, I'm not sure why some are so critical of him.

This guy along with Ziyech and Werner will bring us much needed firepower and creativity. Now we have multiple threats across the team rather than one or two, meaning teams can't just double up on one player as such.

Fernandes was a big reason they finished third. They also got a massive amount of luck in their games and penalties, so I cannot see that continue next season.

I'm surprised a club like Newcastle haven't come in for him over a player like Wilson. Bats is still only 26 and has plenty to give, and he may even improve and perform better with our new players. We will be far more creative compared to the previous seasons.

We have a better squad than them now personally, and if you look at the talents we have brought in we should be contenders at least but 2nd or 3rd with a Cup would be a success for me next season. Realistically we can't expect the squad to fully gel but we have such a great potential, the only question mark for me right now is Kepa, will he or won't he improve. Hopefully having a fully fit Silva should bring a lot more leadership to the defensive area as a whole.

I think Jorginho will relish playing in our revamped squad personally. Having Mount and Havertz ahead of you in midfield, with the runs and movement of Timo, Pulisic and Ziyech, he will be spoilt for choice. Silva at the back with leadership will help control and assist the defensive line, Chillwell and James providing width. I genuinely cannot wait!

Casual football fan.......ok then. Messi is amazing, but for me Ronaldo moved out of his comfort zone and proved himself across the best leagues in the world. Messi was in the best ever Barca XI for the majority of the time, but if you look at his international career it is a totally different story. Ronaldo also evolved into a more striker type player, but in his earlier days for Utd and Madrid his dribbling and take ons were superb, it isn't just about his goals. Both are GOATs though.

I've seen that and it is so funny. They all assume we will never play Tammy, Mount, James etc yet for me they'll be even better playing with our new class signings, let alone Silva's natural leadership.

For me this is why I class Ronaldo as the better player. Ronaldo has been in Portugal, England, Spain and Italy and has proven himself in all of those leagues. I wouldn't call Messi a coward at all, but he has his comfort zone compared to Ronaldo. Ever since Barca lost Xavi and then Iniesta they haven't been the same.

I personally think Messi would cause City a personality in-balance if he joined them, as he would want to be the main man. I just can't see City winning the CL under Pep at all, I think they have passed their prime as a squad to do that. Liverpool were like a whirlwind with their style the last few years, but Salah, Mane and Firmino aren't getting any younger, is the hunger still there for them? I think they will regret letting Winaldum go as well.

Bale is still a quality player but with our squad and new signings would he be worth it? I can see Utd going for him if they don't sign Sancho. I would assume he would want to be a starter, as well as Champions League football.

He has better pace than both of those, plus his passing is on another level as well as being more of a goal threat to.

Why is his age a concern when his fitness is superb. Players these days will last longer due to better diets, training etc. His leadership and experience will be invaluable to us this season.

I'd love to see Messi here, I think we would be a good fit for him but his wages would be crazy, let alone the transfer fee. PSG are more likely to get him over City as they have the money.

Man Utd are the media darlings, they could start World War III and would still be seen the same. If it wasn't for the fact they received a load of penalties and favourable calls, they would never have finished in the top four. It was ridiculous how much help they got, as well as how frustrating it was that we lost 3 out of 4 games to them.

Bayern are just very cohesive as a unit right now, the same as Liverpool. I can't see them like this over the next few years, especially with Lewandowski not getting any younger.

The Werner rumours went on for a while and that all went well, I would imagine the same thing is happening with Kai. He is one of Leverkusen's top young talents so they won't let him go without decent compensation, so I would imagine that is the current process both clubs are in.
