If it takes being knocked out of every cup competition and finishing just above the relegation zone for this absolutely incompetent, fraud of a manager to get sacked then I'm all for it!....I can't even stand seeing him anymore or reading his f**king lame excuses because I just get so angry!!🤬

Not surprised by the lack of media scrutiny btw. Especially when the likes of Carragher have come out saying the manager is doing an “amazing job”, even going as far as saying he’s the best thing about us, and then that trickles down to other pundits, with their sympathy. Traitors like Joe Cole twerking for the owners for $$$ and ambassador roles, not criticising us when it’s due, another factor.

Santos one poor game against Leeds. Banished to the shadow realm.
Acheampong involved in the Sunderland defeat (yet being our best CB) subbed off and banished to the shadow realm. (Then Sunderland go on and win).
Hato one poor game against Qarabag. Banished to the shadow realm whilst Cucurella plays five 90's in a row.
Estevao one poor game against Leeds. Benched for Bournemouth and didn't come on against Atalanta when we needed a goal.
Enzo Fernandez. Stinker after stinker after stinker after stinker. Continues to not only start but plays full 90s.
Tosin. Directly involved in 10 goals conceded at this club, a goal conceded every 70 minutes average, continues to get game time.
I can't have this anymore lads I simply can't. I need him gone or I am genuinely done watching to save my own sanity.

If it liverpool in our position you can bet both those decisions would be overturned.

ehoyland reacted to JPH in Chelsea v Spuds (PL) Sun 14th Aug 2022 16:30 GMTBased on the performance on the pitch we should have won this by three, four goals. Got only one point. This is why we won't win anything this year either.

spot on - corrupt and no accountability. I hope Tuchel calls them out in strong terms.

ehoyland reacted to big blue in Christopher Nkunku to Chelsea100% no to Sterling. Frustrating enough watching him for England.
Nkunku i would take all day. Easy to compare him to Werner and all the Bundesliga tax etc.
However, Nkunku has some key attributes that Werner doesnt have in his locker.
1. Technical ability. Nkunku is a fantastic touch, and can play in tight areas.
2. Dribbling ability. Like Werner Nkunku is fast, but he also has the skill to back it up.
3. Versatility. Nkunku's game is more rounded, he can be influencial on the counter, but his ability on the ball means he can also be a weapon creating chances, drawing fouls, against low blocks.
4. Adaptability. Nkunku has already moved away from his home country once, and manage to settle into a new environment and league pretty quickly.
There are a couple of stumbling blocks though still for me.
1st is the price tag, we cant be spending massively in that front line unless we sell 1 or 2.
2nd is his goal scoring record. This links into the 1st point, because whilst Nkunku is a great player, and even before this break out season, he impressed me along with a few others from Leipzig, like Mukiele, Angelino, Konate, Upamecano, Sabitzer, etc, If we are going to spend massive amounts on another attacker, it needs to one that scores regularly, and so far in Nkunku's career, this season is a massive outlier. His highest tally was 7, this year he is on 34! Is this a freak season in terms of goalscoring? If it is, then we just spent £70m odd on a player that doesnt really fix the main issue for me.
So good player, less risky than Werner to succeed here, but question marks over the price tag for me.

ehoyland reacted to AlwaysRight in Chelsea in America (US Preseason Tour) 2022I say we need a forward more than a defender, trouble is we have so much dead wood we can't really buy more forwards until we get rid of them. Who would want them though....

-
He's just so weak. Any time he gets out on the wing, he losses the battle every time.
-
The attacking play is too routine and simple, a team with high amount of chemistry can do one touch passing and almost guess what their team mates are going to do. Breakthroughs are coming from sudden solo dribbling or long shots
-
Sorry all, this always divides, but Jorginho needs to be dropped or sold. Partnered with Kante we have no service from midfield
-
They don't care.
-
Everton 0-2 down.

Someone's looking less than thrilled
-
Pulisic is absolutely horrible.
-
Alonso scores a few goals but should have been moved on 2-3 seasons back..
-
We really should have played some youngsters here, hardly anyone playing gives a toss especially the defence
-
Terrible defending.
Nice shot from Chalobah, and my game then cuts to ads
