It would also piss off united fans.

Enzo, Caicedo and now Rogers. As far as we have been told it was not him who did the deal for Palestra, so why is he doing the deal for a 55mill, or so, defender from Palace?I reckon he is there for Wharton as well, as long as we can shift Enzo.

Denner Evangelista was 17 when the transfer was announced so his contract would only be valid until he is 20.I know (from Football Manager, lol!) that there was a way around it where clubs agreed a pre-contract at 17 to sign a longer professional contract at 18, but I don't think those are actually that enforceable.

Makes you wonder what the point of signing them was. It's so the profit appears on Chelsea's books, not Strasbourg's. Essentially it helps move money between the two clubs.

Wednesday at 08:193 days Caleb Yirenkyi looks like another signing that's being lined up for Strasbourg rather than Chelsea, if I'm honest. He's clearly a talented prospect, but at this point every young player we get linked with makes me think they'll spend a season or two at Strasbourg before we even consider bringing them into the first team.

CAS ruled on appeal that the junior pre-contract was not valid and our transfer ban was struck out.

Wednesday at 14:143 days Wow, I remember we were linked with him, as well as United. Think only thing left is seeing Tomas Araujo go to Brentford or something.
Wednesday at 17:353 days Newcastle are getting frustrated with Arsenal re Guimares. Newcastle want 80 million for their captain, Arsenal offering 60-65 million.🤭We couldnt ...surely not. PMSL

Fee suggest he'd be in and around the 1st teamCan’t see the logic in this signing from the club or the player’s side. If we needed another LW, we could just have kept Derry. On the player’s side; will be brainless to move here to play back up to a £117m at 18yrs. He needs a club where he will be playing games regularly, not 10-15min here or there. Oh and then there is Gittens.
Thursday at 12:012 days Don't believe anything until Ornstein reports it. In this climate, when we simply inquire about certain players, these ITKs just eat it up.

Oh and then there is Gittens.Gittens is sh*t, Derry has 0 professional minutes. This guy was the best player in the Austrian league last year. He's the type of player who will go for 30-35m this year, and probably 80-90m in 2 years time. We should sign him now.I don't know why every club in Europe isn't after him now.
