Would be great to go back in time and say to our younger selves and the players that that team would still be talked about. And if we were to mention that in 2012 we would win the Champions League or European Cup as it was known in those days would be carted off to the funny farm?

I remember saying to a fellow Chelsea fan at the end of that season that I doubt I'd ever enjoy a season as much as that one. We all knew at the time it was something special, but I can't say we ever dreamt those new signings would all make such an impact.
