AND, one of those millionaires didn't even know about the "dispute" until somebody pointed out to him after the match.

I've maintained all along that there is an agenda here. An alleged incident in the 85th minute of a match is filmed, edited and uploaded onto Youtube and publicised to the press association, television companies and various newspapers BEFORE the match had ended.

I see some 34 year old woman has been charged with racially abusing passengers on a tram in Croydon. I'm sure if the media try hard enough they can find a link between her and JT.

The only form of racial abuse recognised in Scotland is when we accuse someone of being English!

So the Police have handed this over to the CPS. And in the BBC report it says;

"Scotland Yard then passed a file on the matter to the CPS who will spend the next few weeks considering whether there is enough information to prosecute."

So, on it goes for a few more weeks. How can it possibly take a few more weeks just to read a sodin' folder?

It really is unbelievable isnt it, if I did my job this slowly I would be sacked... think they would say there is a back log and so it is on the list, they were probably on strike yesterday as well, I'd shoot the buggers :-)

What it means, Andy, is that there is either sufficient evidence for the Police not to drop it outright, or sufficient prurient Press interest that the Met are scared to drop it. Either way, the CPS only take forward cases they believe they have a good chance of gaining a conviction in. Unless there is sufficient prurient Press blah-di-blah-di-blah......................

If they make a case of this then i expect police reports after each PL match, this could well be a dangerous precedent.

looking at the picture of the players training, (on the Chelsea official site).....all the pressure of this sh*t seems to be starting to show on JT's face.......

that's a face of alot of media pressure, (that are trying to break this man).... that he shouldn't have to take....And how he gave a motm performance on saturday with all this, shows the true character of the man....

Been dragging on far too long now, i would have thought that had the police had enough evidence they would have charged him a long time ago. Still a silly boy for muttering those words, in whatever context, in a public domain, however lets hope that he can put this latest incident behind him and start finding a bit of consistent form again.

As someone who many moons ago would deal with the DPP's office, someone somewhere thinks there might be a case to answer for otherwise the police should have simply concluded that there is no evidence to form a charge. Either that or they want someone else to make a decision so they can lay blame elsewhere when the entire case collapses. An utter waste of police time and tax payers money, legal fees etc. Someone out there is making a ton of cash out of this and wants to drag this for as long as they can......meanwhile how's the Suarez case going.....oh yeah we forgot about that one...

Also, wonder how Titus Bramble is feeling after all that grief he has received over a police charge referring to sexual assault and public urination....oh hang on, he`s not big news now is he.

I can attest their is no way this stands up. That or your courts immediately become swamped with cases of5 seconds clips taken out of context.
