Sadly, it is yes. Kind of strange as it looked real.

So Twitters whole 'verified' system has lost it's credibility. Makes you wonder which other widely followed accounts might be fake. *PLEASE NOT ASH COLES!!*

I think it's safe to assume luiz's is real. Far too many personal photos shared to be fake. It would be pretty impressive to fake something like:
