Are Chelsea in another winter slump?

Seems like were getting tired, RDM surely can't think he can play the same 11 all season?

We came flying out the blocks but are burning out, It was clear against Liverpool we ran out of steam

Why doesn't RDM rotate he squad enough, our players our looking tired and need a rest. Juan Mata had a rest and look how he came back?

Also this is were I think RDM lacks, next weekend you can't predict Man Uniteds line-up but you can predict Chelsea's easy!

He does the same thing and always brings on Moses & Sturridge for Oscar & Torres

For example against West Brown why not play Marin, Oscar & Moses

Results do not lie looks very much like it.

He needs to freshen the line up, the players are starting to look tired in the final third of games

It's true, fatigue is setting in place. He fells the need to play Oscar, Mata & Hazard week in week out and it looks as if he is't going to experiment with the formation

Why not try 4-3-3?

Come on people - it's bad enough having an owner with a liking to sack without the fan base turning: fact check: PL 3rd; FACup Yes, League Cup Yes; CL Yes; World club champ. Yes

Ask Utd or Citeh fans if they can say the same

Mata can't perfrom like a super hero every game and Oscar is just a young boy so he can't and wont last the full season if Robbie expects to play him every single game.

We have a squad filled with quality players who should be able to deputise against poor teams like Liverpool at home.

Why were Studge, Marin, Moses and others not starting games when they are fresh and have points to prove? The other lads just played a few days earlier for goodness sake.

Maybe it's too early but I'm starting to question RDM's management skills, Lets see how theses next 3 games go West Brown, Juventus & Man Ciy

You and your ilk are the worst kind of fans.

Studge is not good enough.

Other than that RDM is a percentages coach, and he pushed the percentages early season with Hazard and Oscar, and probably wont do it again any time soon.

Every club has a slump. We've had some tough games and harsh decisions. We're still in the LC. We're still in the title race and we're still in Europe.

Not the end of the world!

I agree that it does seem to be happening again. The squad is very predictable but I think that Moses deserves to start against WBA and maybe even Marin? He looked superb in pre-season.

Changes in midfield could be:

Marin-(one of Hazard, Mata or Oscar)-Moses

That would be fantastic, the amount of speed on the wings would be ridiculous.

That week in which Clattenburg-gate and the Shakhtar defeat took place seems to have knocked the wind out of our sails. Terry's suspension and various other personnel issues in defence certainly hasn't helped matters. With our current first XI we can't sit on a lead like we used to, meaning that if Mata, Hazard and Oscar aren't firing (i.e. if we're not on the ball most of the time) we start looking very shaky and beatable.

That said, as recently as two weeks ago there was a lot of talk about us being the bee's knees and serious contenders for the title. We have some important games coming up and if we play well in those there is no reason why we can't pick up our momentum where we left off.

This. We had very harsh calls against Manchester United go against us (remembering you forgot to put we beat them 5-4 in LC). We dominated Liverpool and should of killed them off but for a very lucky goal on their behalf so not much to worry there, Shaktar are a class outfit and I think to beat them is asking a lot and we managed to do that. The only poor performance in the lot was Swansea away.

I think if we need to keep two of the triumvirate in most games we play and rotate and then bring in Moses/Marin to get used to playing alongside them.

Deja vu all over again... I can see it now... 4 more months of postings about how shyte of a manager RDM is and how he has no idea what he is doing... Frankly, I am ready for Chelsea to suck it up, crash out of the CL, finish lower than 4th in the league, not win any of the seven opportunities for a trophy... It would seriously cull the herd and most supposed supporters would leave for greener pastures.

we are kings of europe and we are there to be shot at! wouldn't have it any other way! the victory is always the sweeter when we have to work damn hard at it! so what if other teams are 'showing' us a lot of respect but come the end i can see us challenging and winning things because RDM has got the t shirt!

I definitely think RDM should rotate the team a little. Moses has been good off the bench and surely has earned a few starts. Oscar, Mata and Hazard could all do with being on the bench for the odd game. I'd also give Sturridge a few starts up front or on the right, whilst Marin needs a look in too. Maybe let Romeu start against West Brom.

Got love the fans these days, not winning 3 league matches and we are in a slump and let's question the manager's ability. Seriously, go support another team if you expect to win every match. Even a FM you can't win every match.

Yes you can. It's called cheating. Not that I would ever do something as wrong as that....

Have to say after the 'easy' first games we've had a very tough line of opponents and it continues. Swansea was the easiest and they are tough at home. I think liverpool game we just tired. When is the next break?

There are no more breaks until 2013, unless you want to class World Club Cup, Fa Cup as breaks.

I don't think so, we are playing well enough just not taking our chances. I agree we need to give players like Marin & Moses more of a chance, even if it means making earlier subs. I thought RDM made the wrong subs vs Liverpool.

The big worry is our schedule (& our lack of attacking threat from our sulky strikers)
