Reappointing Di Matteo?

Featured Replies

Is this possible? I know that Abramovich is not the type of guy to dwell on his mistakes an all but I seriously think this could go a long step into restoring our reputation as a club and Roman's amongst the fans. Benitez was a mistake and he knows it, especially after the so called 'meeting' he had with a few fans after the appointment. They probably made their feelings known.

If this ever were to happen do you think Di Matteo would even accept? It's crazy I know but this has happened many times with different football clubs and reappointments happen all the time in the Serie A especially. I guess we can still dream. :laugh2:

If you were RDM....would you come back???

I guess I would. I love the club and its fans and wouldn't let my past occurrings with the owner influence my decision.

Not after the way he's been treated. I'd tell Abramovich to go f**k himself.

...with a very prickly thistle!

No chance. Roman didn't want him in charge in the first place and at the first chance gave Robbie the boot. As others said even if roman did ask him to come back Robbie should tell him to stick it up his arse.

I doubt RDM will ever return to Chelsea while Roman is still the owner. It would be an insult to RDM if Roman pleaded for him to return.

RDM is now looking elsewhere to find managerial employment. Apparently he just missed out on obtaining the Valencia job.
