Some of you guys overreacting. He is a great player but calm down. We need a creative CM and that he is but he isn't always starting for Barca or Spain...however you can say that about Mata too.

Neither Arsenal or Chelsea needed Fabregas. We turned him down cause our midfield's already enough for 4th. They signed him to be champions.

This is the most unexpected transfer of the summer for me; hope it works out and he remembers how to play in central midfield.

I just assumed all the rumours and talk about Fabregas coming here were speculation and wishful thinking and I never took much notice of any of it. The transfer came as a huge surprise to me, partly because he's not really the industrious athletic type that Mourinho is supposed to like. This could be a great signing for us, a World Class player at his peak to pull the strings in our midfield next season and should fix the problem that we saw so many times last season when we would completely run out of ideas in possession. 

 

Knowing that Man Utd tried and failed to sign him last season for almost twice as much is the icing on the cake.
