So yes we could have Lukaka but I doubt the rift between him and Jose was as simple as some suggest and as SAF showed over the years the manager always has to come out on top in such circumstances.

Ok we played hardball with Moulda but he was in the last year of a very well paid contract and no doubt went away with a smile on his face and in truth with no transfer value. Lukaka, as we have seen, had a £28 million value.

I would play Azpilliqutea, no I mean Azpiloqueta, no no I meant, Azpimpillaqitta.

I cant make my mind up. I have feeling it may be Cesc or Schurrle with Drogba coming on later on. Or if he starts with Drogba which is just as likely it will be only that sort of shape for about 45 minutes

Indeed, and if he is not fit enough for us he should not be released for international duty with Spain.

 

For one game, even against a side the quality of Everton, Drogba should be able to lead the line well while Cesc, Hazard and Schurrle should be able to secure a win for us.

Being 36 will not hinder Drogba's ability to play 90 minutes, there's plenty of athlete's who do well into their 30's, and Drogba always looks in good shape.

 

I do wonder how affective he will be as a starter against teams like Everton though, we can only hope and dream he pulls off what he did in the old days, but you never know.

If Costa is unfit, then this will give us a very clear indication to the club's intentions with Torres.  Should he not even feature on the bench, i think we could, and should, read a lot into that.

I thought I had read Schurrle was not fit to play tomorrow

Sky just said he's travelling with the team, I believe Mourinho said everyone else is fit to play.
