Kevin De bryune scores and assists for Belguim. He has easily been the best player on the pitch.

The Belgian commentator said City had scored against Chelsea.

Bloody Belgians :-)

BALEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats to Wales (despite the 'we're ranked higher than England' gloating that I'll experience at work). What a strong defence and a brilliant header from Bale.

It shows England what real team spirit can achieve.

Cymru am byth!! (Can I pass myself off as Welsh by the time of the Euro's?!!).

They worked seriously hard for that. Awful pitch, crazy humidity, rubbish ref (Still can't work out why he disallowed Edwards' goal), solid opponents.

Tempted to get down to Cardiff for the Israel game.

It was a hard won three points.

I know very little about the Israeli football team but there seems to be a consensus that Wales can win on Sunday (touch wood). There'll be a cracking atmosphere at the City ground.

Good to see so many 'underdogs' doing well in their respective qualifying groups. Iceland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Austria look set for automatic qualification, hopefully Albania too.

1 Percent of the Iceland population was in Amsterdan tonight. Unbelievable.

I couldn't take my customary lunchtime stroll yesterday, pity I missed those 3 Icelanders :-)

:laugh2: , 3 Icelanders.

Mijn vrienden uit Amsterdam schreven gisteren net hetzelfde, Valerie. Maar het klonk bitter. Heb maar niet gereageerd. Vooral Blind moest het ontgelden. Vind ik een beetje vreemd voor Ajax-fans.

In English please, so other readers understand as well.

I don't care at all about the Netherlands national team. I'm a club girl, plus the adoration of Oranje makes me sick. Wouldn't mind a Euro summer without orange bunting and other orange crap :-)

Go Belgium!

Would love to see Wales play against England. Honestly I reckon Wales would have a good chance of winning. Sit back and attack Cahill and co. using Bale's pace. Sure, England have better individuals overall but Wales would have the best player on the pitch and perhaps a better team ethic.

Pffft. And you consider yourself a football fan?!

Only things I know about them is the keeper Israeli good, full back Israeli good, midfielder Israeli good and the striker is.....sh*t.
