Cuadrado - Chelsea's #23

Featured Replies

Still looks pitifully lightweight. Has done very little tonight.

Are you watching the whole game, he has looked good, some vey good balls in, providing a good outlet on the right, and he has made key defensive tackles and interceptions, he is having a good game, juve are the better team here, better than anything we have in England

still looks better than hazard has been this season...

Oh come on, please don't mention Cuadrado in the same sentence as the guy who was our and the PL player of the season. We know Hazard will come good, the same cannot be said of Cuadrado.

Sorry to burst your bubble he already is good, just not for us, hence our scouts picked him because they can see a players talents better than you or me, he is world cup proven, and plays well for other clubs, diesel doesn't work in a petrol car that doesn't make it a bad fuel

Cuadrado did okay. One good cross for Pogba in the first half apart from that, he didn't look dangerous.

I don't think he got a good amount of games here, but from what little I've seen, I don't think bringing him in was the right decision, hopefully he does well this season, and it helps us in the pogba negotiations next summer.

Yes, I watched the whole game and was very impressed with Juve, but not by Cuadrado.

I know what you are saying but that was then and this is now :)

Once a player gets a bad rep he can't do any god in some people eyes, yes his step overs were crap, but in general he was lively and alert, put in a defensive shift, at the end he was making some poor choices but he has talent and he had a decent game, and yea juve I dunno how they do it, they are so much better to watch than us, i feel like throwing my shoe at the tele when we pass it round the box and go nowhere, we need a new style of play and how juve play would actually suit us pretty well, we really need a pogba also...if Iwas to support a non domestic team I've always like juve, and I like the way they play a lot.

Being lively and alert are the absolute basics a footballer should be able to give in a game.

He's not a good footballer and ever since he joined us and including tonight he doesn't have the ability to influence games, that's the long and short of it.

Socrates couldn't of said it better!

His good defensive shift included being nut-megged from about 8 yards away. And when it comes to a challenge he is about as strong as a wet tea bag.

Share your opinion on Pogba though. Would make a huge difference to our midfield.

This is the first major disagreement im going to have with you FCF!!

You cant say that when he didn't even get a proper run out in the team!!!

This has been argued to death but he did not get a real chance or a load of games in a row to get into form/use to the prem.

people talk like we spet 60m on him!

Do you know why he didn't get a run in the team?

Cause he's sh*t that's why.

Pedro comes along, trains once with the squad, bang, straight in the team and chips in with a goal and an assist.

Cuadrado didn't manage a goal or an assist in 15 appearances.

He was one of the most expensive players in the squad, only Costa, Hazard and maybe Fabregas depending on which valuation you believe were more expensive.

The guy is the literal definition of a flop.

if we use the same narrative as the cuardrado saga, I'd say we should ship pedro out because hes only been good for 1 game.....

see my point?

I hope twiglet regains his world cup form, would have been nice to happen with us, but he's gone and we still have a slight issue.

Hopefully, he'll be happy and so will we when we pick up.

(Liked the petrol, diesel analogy .)

Palace game he popped up with a 2nd assist.

That narrative doesn't work.

Cuadrado is pony, let's all just be thankful he isn't here anymore and move on.

We don't disagree that he was pitiful for us, where we disagree is saying he is a crap player, he clearly isn't we wanted him, and even after being sh*t for us Juve are starting him in a CL game, the same team that put out RM on their way to the finals last season, the same team that just beat city at home, who may I add recently thumped us 3-0, it's all relative.

Good to see city losing this match.. I hope they will start getting their ass whooped in PL.

Actually it's bad in terms of English coefficient. PL might lose the 4th spot soon.

Hopefully he does well for Juve this season. Then we can sell him on to them for a large fee, atleast 20mil.
