Just finished all 12 series of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

Watched the last of "I know who you are" (Sé quién eres) last night.  Splendid series, not at all diminished by having sub-titles, and one of the very few TV series of the last few years that have kept me riveted and guessing right up until the end.  Let's hope series 2 comes up to the same standards.

 

Anyone here is watching "Mr Robot" ? I just finished watching season 1 and its absolutely brilliant. And also are there any computer geeks like me here? 

GOT, Power and Ricky and Morty, there's a lot more that I watch, but this it's my top for now!

Love it mate. Season 2 was good as well.

I've just watched the first 2 episodes of American Gods man alive if that ever got aired in the UK on terrestrial tv the Daily Mail would go into meltdown. Anyone watching Preacher? the latest episode hasn't got down well with christian leaders in the states.

Great series. So many elements from Matrix, Fight Club, and Clockwor Orange.

Reiligiously followed American Gods (even teh book). Preacher was a let down.

Series 4 of Inspector Montalbano. Very enjoyable. Watched most of the first three series. Have read a few of the books as well and they are equally enjoyable.

My era of music. Some I admit was garbage.

A documentary on The Mosquito WW2 airplane. Will watch it tomorrow.

La Vuelta cycling until it finishes next Sunday.

I catch some of it too and admit some is garbage others a pleasant reminder of earlier times.

It seems to be just 1984, does that mean next year they will show 1985?

Watched the programme when it was broadcast a few years ago. Very interesting. I think that there are planes to build an airworthy Mosquito in the U.K. There is one flying in the States. A brilliant, all purpose plane. Bit off subject but just under three weeks to the Duxford Airshow. Looking forward to that.

No idea. Just had the tv to myself on Friday night and happened to tune in right at the very start of the programme. Enjoyed it. Much better than watching the World Cup Qualifiers to be honest.

I'll check and record some more Top of the Pops from 1984 and 85.

Watched a programme on the same channel about the Focke Wolf 190. It was some fighter plane.

The Mosquito was a brilliant design and I think very hard to detect on German radar due to it's all wood construction.

Finished The Defenders at the weekend. It was quite dull. Daredevil is the only interesting character out of all of them and Iron Fist/Danny Rand is just a complete wet blanket...

Finished season 2 of The Killing (US version), really enjoyed it, definitely worth a watch. 

Currently watching Man in the High Castle, bit of a slow burn but starting to get into now. Quite apt viewing given recent events in America. 

Dipped my toe into some anime recently, watched the first season of Attack on Titan and quite enjoyed it so I've watched the first couple of episodes of Death Note and Cowboy Beebop as well.

Agreed. Daredevil is the only one I like. Danny Rand is a total wimpy goon. "I am the immortal Iron Fist" he says, with as much confidence and gusto as a new-born uttering their first word. 

I had high hopes for the Defenders but it amounted to a sh*tty little punch-up in the basement of a building. sh*te. 

Bring on Daredevil Season 3 and the new Punisher series!

The show made no sense... No one wears a costume.. Except Daredevil so he just looked completely out of place. 

Jessica Jones powers seem to change every time she's on screen. 

Rand can sometimes summon the Iron Fist, fight off a small army and keep going other times he punches one person, loses the fist and then has to wait a week to restore his Chi. Then spend the whole time whining about everything with his N Sync hair cut. 

Luke Cage is just dull... He's bullet proof, everyone knows he's bullet proof, so they keep trying to shoot him.

All things I observed too. And Finn Jones, who plays Danny Rand isn't much of an actor either. I wish they'd cast someone Asian. It is silly that his fist glows once every 20-30 minutes, like it's a video game and it has a cool-down period. 

And as for Jessica Joens, I thought she could fly? 

Luke Cage has the same pit-falls as Superman, it's hard to make him interesting.

Nick's Law. German police thriller currently on 4OD app under the title of Walter presents. Came across this by accident and its actually quite good. Fight against organised crime in Hamburg, worth a look if you don't mind English subs.

 

Narcos season three, takes a few episodes to get going but then starts to deliver like the other two seasons.
