I do wonder what the future holds for Oscar. Really hope that after a summer off and time to recuperate that he is back fit and strong with a full preseason under his belt. I cant help but feel that if we let oscar go he would end up truly flourishing somewhere else, he's still a comparatively young lad so lets hope this is the season that he can really make his mark on the team.

Absolutely agree. Needs one more full season here before we decide what to do with him and the summer off could make a world of difference.

I doubt Mourinho will gamble that much on RLC, if Mikel leaves then I'm sure he will be replaced. Witzel might not be my first choice, but he is a workhorse and a very complete midfielder.

Oscar might be rotated a bit more with Fabregas, but we are already short on attacking midfielders/Wingers for us to sell.

We sold Mata, KDB, Shurrle and sent Salah on loan. That leaves us with just Oscar, Hazard, Willian and "Cuadrado". We can play Remy, Ramires and Fabregas out of position, but Fabregas for Oscar is the only option that wouldn't weaken us.

I think a midfield 3 of witsel matic and fabregas, would make us better in the bigger games, and would make us stronger in Europe.
