3rd season of Jose guys ....If you want to understand more ...analyze every job Jose did till today !!

Jose is going to need to show us how good he is now.

I like and admire Jose, but sometime he has to take a responsibility and admit his mistakes.

Blaming everything else but him is getting old. No, I don't want him to be sacked, but I like him to eat more humble pie..

Definitely with you on that.

Some forum members advocating sacking Mourinho five games after we won the league, let alone a season or two, is a very handy reminder to stop viewing the matchday thread after a loss.

Bear in mind it's only a few minutes since playing five and securing 4 points, the wounds are still open and people tend to be rather reactionary in the main. I'm sure by the end of the week people will have reassessed their opinions.

I have watched enough football over the years to know it's silly throwing the towel in when we are only in September.

Chelsea are just in bad form. It won't last all season.

Fans today are spoilt, reactionary bellends.

Thank you, people calling for Jose's head area morons. I agree that he needs to start changing things up but he's the best manager in the world. I don't think we will win the title this season but we'll get out of this flunk.

probably you are still in the era of Bates, this is different world , different establishments and different investment.

Mourinho is the once who picks and motivates the players. He's the one putting faith in has beens like falcao and workhorses like willian.

Not sure why you have to 'motivate players' on 100- 200,000 a week....his tactics are OK, his team selection is sh*te and he needs start dropping the so called stars of the team; Everyone who is a CFC fan can clearly see that Ivan has been found out....I like many others could have told you that seasons ago, and he should be dropped and so should Costa because all he offers is yapping to the opposition. Fab has won his trophy that he didn't get with Arsenal so now he has packed it in. But the trouble in the dressing room starts when the so called stars get dropped..Jose doesn't like losing...who does..but if he has faith in the players and he selects them, then they need to put a shift in.

Despite what he said yesterday...one or two more performances like this and he will be gone....fired or otherwise.

F*ck*n* b*ll**it c*c* d**n m*th*r f*ck*r b*lls **** **** ****** *****!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, but we'll keep on supporting because that's what you do.

Whilst I semi agree, people are just reacting with their heart and it disappoints me when their loyalties etc are questioned because they share their opinion, no matter how extreme or 'ridiculous' other people see it.

Knee jerks are part of life, I think 80% of this thread has been fairly good. We're a hell of a lot better than other forums.

Lets not forget we've been sh*t since Xmas so you can't blame people for being pissed off with Jose he's the boss

He's has 3 seasons at 2 clubs and he's finished 2nd in both of them. This 3rd season thing is bullsh*t.

I didn't question their support and I agree other forums are far worse, I just strongly disagreed with the knee-jerk opinion.

Who was advocating his sacking?

"Big big Mou fan but if he goes he deserves it"

"f**k this formation. f**k this tactics. We need Ancelotti's formation and tactics. Mourinho is losing it. He had been known and he won't change his way of playing. Bring back Ancelotti."

"I dare to say ...something is wrong and may be its Jose !"
"The older I get the less patient I become. Ditch him. Now."

The club is in a rut at the moment but the worst thing we can do is start panicking and making knee-jerk decisions. I hope the board has learnt from previous mistakes in the past few years that has hindered the club.

The prospect of winning the title doesn't seem likely this season but we just need to get our sh*t together sooner rather than later and start grinding our way through the season now and regather some confidence.

Those calling for Jose to be removed are complete morons! You wouldn't have lasted five minutes if this was the 1980s so you need to learn about patience and sticking with the team through thick and thin. I'll acknowledge he's made mistakes recently but a coach of his calibre deserves time to redeem himself and get this side up and running again. I don't think I could place anymore trust on anyone else to fix the current problems we're experiencing.

week in week out ? How blind one can be?

Fergie persisted with Jonny Evans and Tom Cleverley for years despite it being obvious they were not good enough.

All managers get it wrong, even the very best. They are human beings, after all.

Shocking comments by some fans on here. Every team goes through a period of bad form. Class lies in how you recover from that form. Changing coaches now is not what we need. I have been a fan long enough to understand that great coaches and teams learn from this period.

I didn't question their support and I agree other forums are far worse, I just strongly disagreed with the knee-jerk opinion.

Apologies, I didn't mean to infer you said/think it, just a statement in general because it's something that is said a little too often for my liking.

Knee jerks don't piss me off either, we're all human and react differently. Some call it passion.

Exactly...

No Fabregasband No Ivanovic in the lineup should go a long way to fixing some of this garbage.

Matic looked a little better at least. Jose's fault for persisting with the players who are ruining him.

Ok, you drop fabregas. Who do you replace him with? Mikel? please . . .

"Big big Mou fan but if he goes he deserves it" That's not advocating his sacking, I've always said I want him at the club long term, mourinho should be our ferguson, what I was saying was if roman does sack him which I'm sure he won't he can't complain Carlo went for less, worst start since 1988, most goals conceded in the league and sticking with the problem players,  the problems are player motivation and stubborn selection, the manager as good as he is is at fault here, AGAIN not advocating for or desiring his sacking, quite the opposite, but i do want to see him take accountability and again, he hasn't, also the 3rd quote seems like the guy was just blaming the manager, who said that's calling for him to be sacked, were you the guy that found evidence of WMD in Iraq

I can't believe all this knee-jerk stuff. Everton is a very tough place to go and we were clearly just lacking some sharpness after the international break. There were loads of positives in today's game and there are still over 30 games to go so we are still well in the title race.

(Always fancied trying one of those posts)
