Getting Gotze would mean we keep playing 4-2-3-1 which just does not work with Cesc.

You're right but went a bit too far with the Oscar comparison. 

Honestly,if we are talking about midfielders,the player i would like the most for us to sign is Rafa Silva from Braga,absoluten cracker of a player,amazing dribbler,really fast,he is developing a good scoring rate as well,only 22 years old,20M release clause,has stated his desire for coming to england,him and Hazard(who plays ALOT like him btw)would be absolutely awesome

I think Payet, Coutinho, and Isco are better options to replace Oscar.

He can play false 9 in a 4-3-3 or the AM in the 3-5-2.

He's never been as effective in the false 9 and we've got players who already operate there better. Look at Conte's 352, he never really used an out and out attacking mid. More a deeper playmaker.
