June 17, 201610 yr 2-2!!! If those f**ktards in the Croatia end had behaved themselves they'd have already won. The thick bar stewards have well and truly shat in their own nest.
June 17, 201610 yr With "fans" like these, who needs enemies? Unbelievable. The fans lost the game for them. The Croatian players were clearly mentally rattled and may be in the next game too. Copa America for me. Edited June 17, 201610 yr by offside
June 17, 201610 yr Is it me or there hasn't been so much violence in a European championship for quite a while? i remember some English hooligans being sent back home in Portugal 2004, but apart from that can't remember the fights and flares and violence that appears to be generalised in this one. A nice game, very intense and great come back from the Czechs. Very direct football.
June 17, 201610 yr My guess is that the fans who threw the flares on and halted the game were rounded upon by the rest of the Croatian supporters, it looked like a small group left the stands quickly.

June 17, 201610 yr EURO 2016 has seen more goals after the 86th minute (11) than in the first half (10)

Yes, there were some fights between the Croatian fans on that part of the stand, I guess other supporters went there to stop them.
June 17, 201610 yr https://twitter.com/DirtyFootbaIIer/status/743862845499117568 f**king hell, a second earlier.....
June 17, 201610 yr f**king hell, a second earlier.....Periši? nearly got hit by one when he went over to plead with the hooligans to stop.Apparently this is much more complex than ordinary hooliganism. Some posters on Redcafe have insight on the problems with the Croatian FA. http://www.redcafe.net/threads/game-20-czech-republic-vs-croatia.418724/page-8 It reminds me of Colombia in the 1990s. June 17, 201610 yr Yeah, what's with all these boring games. I fear that in the knockout rounds the teams will get more cautious which will be even more boring. Those who have watched the Copa America have been treated to some excellent games full of attack, great goals, and great saves. That may change as well in the knockout rounds. I expect Mexico vs Chile on Saturday will be good, and I expect all the quarterfinals to be at least okay other than maybe the one tonight (USA vs Ecuador). I disagree, a few really good games like you say, but only 2 or 3 their was even a few 0-0s lol or for instance I wouldn't class Brazil beating Haiti 7-1 an excellent game to watch and if u look at the teams that have lost by more then 3 goals - Jamaica, Haiti (twice), Panama and Bolivia their not exactly fun to watch a team get turned over so badly. Yeah the euros have been fairly boring but don't compare it to copa America mate XD
June 17, 201610 yr Has anyone seen this? The Spanish team have made a "music video". The wink Fabregas does about 3 seconds in had me in tears https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g7f6pHtis4o Apparently that really is Sergio Ramos singing. Pretty impressive. Pique clearly isn't as impressed as me. I laughed so hard at how he starts at 3:05 to look over to the side a few times like, is it over yet? Who is the player that looks like the white part of his eye isn't there?
June 17, 201610 yr That's the most convincing performance from any team, Spain were different class tonight
