We dodged such a bullet with Stones.

Even a consistently mediocre defender is better a defender you can't trust

The commentator had to say it, he said "you cannot write this stuff"  I hate it when people say that. Of course you can write it.

Good cross from De Bruyne for that goal though. Monaco, like City, are good going forward, but they look a bit open defensively.

Lots of papers saying we are looking several Monaco players. From what I've seen Silva, Mbappé, Sidibe and would all be welcome additions. Keen to look at the holding midfielders more in the second leg as apparently we're keen on Bakayoko too.

I haven't been that impressed with Bakayoko, he has given it away a few times. Silva, Mbappe and Sidibe have all looked good though.

Monaco are like Barca and Sunderland all in one team.  they have six yellows already.
