That article was click bait. He did not explicitly say that. Quotes from the same article:

Yeah you're right, have to say the negus do this with everything, film, tv, music etc. Anything to create a controversial headline.

Unlike most here, I wish that Arsenal don't make the Top 4 just to change things up.

Agree that them making Top 4 will perpetuate Groundhog Day and provide lots of amusement for the rest of us, but it just gets boring after a while. 

I think I want Liverpool to get top 4 over Arsenal too but I hope Arsebal win midweek so there us at least obe interesting thing left for the final day. Also could be good if Arsenal get there hopes up then f**k it up. Dent their confidence before the FA Cup final.
