Don't understand the European football argument, out of 20 teams 14 do not play in Europe and the ones actually playing in Europe have hardly set the world alight since we won the Europa. Spurs have been embarrassing, Arsenal have been Arsenal & City have underachieved. 

If these teams were challenging consistently & making semis & finals it is somewhat understandable because that is when fixture congestion can cause impact on perfermonce not playing Genk in the last 16 & getting knocked out over 2 legs in the Europa.

I'm actually glad Liverpool won, if only to stop Arsenal getting into the Top 4.

I sympathise with this argument, but I'm not sure they deserve to be Top 4 after all that is said and done. At least Liverpool have lifted their game against the stronger sides whereas Arsenal have often sunk without a trace in the big games. 

Plus I am amused at the thought of Arsenal swanning around on Thursday night. There is a certain monotony to them making Top 4 and then getting drilled in the last 16 of the CL. 

Only a minor gripe, but whenever Chelsea leave flags on the seats for the fans at the Bridge, it's something to mock and take the piss out of. Spurs do it today (and many other clubs across Europe do it) and it's "great scenes here today"

I can't understand all this WHL fuss, it's not like they're moving across the river FFS, the ground is going to be in the same place.

I'd rather Arsenal get top 4 because they have no chance of winning it, with Klopp's big game record Liverpool will have a small chance, a small one but the thought is still unnerving.
