Awful news indeed and so sorry to hear it. RIP Ugo. It puts everything into perspective and for me personally it's a particularly poignant reminder.

My 35 year Son suffered a cardiac arrest on the steps into Wembley Stadium as he headed to the 2015 League Cup Final against Spurs. Thanks to the fantastic paramedics on the scene he survived it, and is still recovering. There is more to life than football but .....my Son is alive and will be there again tomorrow cheering on the team we all love.

There is no doubt in my mind whatsoever that despite the rivalries, the fans of both teams will fully respect the tributes to Ugo, whether it be silence or applause.

Bloody hell WeatherMan, that must have been terrifying. Happy that your son is alive. I suppose he will become regular at the cardiologist for checks?

CL semi final draw:

Real vs Atletico

Monaco vs Juve

Honestly see Juve struggling vs monaco. Monaco are playing brilliant atm and juve haven't been tested much in this campaign, and have had a relatively easy ride vs porto and a poor barca side. Would like to see monaco win the whole thing, but worry their players won't wanna leave if it happens.

Juve v Atletico final, Simeone finally breaks his CL duck and prevents Juve from winning the treble, After the match does a Mourinho by going onto the pitch and riling up the Juve players, Leaves Atletico on a high, Goes to Inter, Wins the scudetto next year and riles up Juve some more and Roberto's your uncle.

That Everton vs west ham game is really really bad

yeah - i've been keeping an eye on that one too. if Everton play like that against us I wouldn't be too worried at all.

Danny Murphy now making excuses for Spurs by saying that the grass texture at Wembley is different to that at WHL which affects their pressing, Gordon Bennett.

That's what I was thinking the entire match, the grass texture is so different to WHL :brunette:

In the post match analysis, All i'm hearing is about how well this young Spurs side played and how Chelsea took their chances, No. Let's analyze why you aka the media/pundits are hyping this Spurs side up when all they have to show is a bottle job in a title race last year against Leicester, A bottle job in the Champions League away to Monaco in a big game and another bottle job here. Regardless of how well they played here, They have a track record, If they lose to Palace in midweek and give Chelsea the 7 point cushion i want to see them called out on this. We knocked Klopp about his record in finals and we always call Arsenal out for this, Pochettino and his 'young' Spurs side should be no different.

Good day all around for us. Swansea and hull winning keeps palace, and Leicester fighting for points , especially if palace lose tomorrow.

Could be a big week coming up in terms of sealing the title. If we take more points than spurs over the next 2 games, it will pretty much done and dusted.

I'd like to add to that another defeat for Leeds United who are now 3 pts behind Fulham who are in 6th who also have a superior goal difference

Always good to see leeds suffer. Although I really miss beating them regularly.

You not getting mistaken with City in the Champions league and league this year lol

Anyone see that Hull red card? What a joke.

The title will be done before the end of the season but just in case Hull are brilliant at home under their new manager and hopefully they will have something to play for on the last day of the season .
