I hope to god we take advantage of arsenals defeat. Need to take advantage and widen the gap. Arsenal also play city next so we could be looking at a good lead if we take it

 

 

Win this and we make a 6 point gap at the top. Just hope we don't take them for granted cause as inconsistent as they are they can cause problems for anyone.

Really look forward to this one, 6 points clear at this stage of the season would be massive. I reckon Conte will go all out in this one, and worry about the Saturday game on Friday. We will have over 60% of possession, need Cesc to unlock their defence from the kick off.

No doubt, no game is easy. Perhaps when you're dealing with a team with their backs to the corner, there could be trouble, however, on a positive note (and we should be positive mostly), is that 3 here puts us 6 points above Arse.

Update on Bradley:

Bradley said that he would love to score a goal for Sunderland, so Chelsea have arranged for him to take a shot against Begovic at 7:10, right before pre-match warm-ups.

They had to do it before the game because they are concerned that his body will be too tired to make it to halftime 

They're a bit concerned that the stadium will be pretty empty then and ask that people who arrive early be in their seats when he scores the goal. 

5 minutes into the game, there will be a 1 minute round of applause accompanied by chanting "There's only one Bradley Lowery." There was also talk of people lighting up their phones during that minute. I don't know if that's still planned.

That is taking them lightly. Aside from Costa he is our most important player. 

Maybe we will see a bit of rotation from conte? Hope hazard not being there does  not blow up in our faces.

If hazard is not available that is a big blow i think. We can't take sunderland lightly 

 

maybe picked up an injury at training yesterday or he's just being rested, hopefully it's the latter (or he was at the toilet taking a giant dump)

 I think we'll win. But I reckon it'll be a close game.

I'll happily take 1-0 Chelsea.

Very tempted to rest Luiz who is clearly injured and maybe hazard.

Three changes seems a lot though. In which case matic in for fab and the fab on early in h2.

If Hazard is out Fabregas needs to play. Hope Hazard is ready to play though, resting players away in this league shouldn't be an option except for injuries/suspensions. A win would be big tonight!

Hazard got kicked around the place by City and WBA and took some heavy knocks, if hes anyway not fit enough or not feeling it, he should be rested.

Yes hes our most dangerous player but we have a decent enough replacement in Willian.

After last nights Everton result this game is becoming a 6 pointer, win here and Arsenal play City at the weekend and Liverpool play Everton, so theres serious scope to be up and over the horizon for the weekend as 3 of our rivals are playing each other and at least 1 of them will be dropping points.

As others have said, I'd play the strongest, fittest available XI and worry about Palace on the trip back down from the north tonight.

A draw tonight wouldnt be the worse result either but a win sets us up very nicely for a congested christmas period.
