December 15, 20178 yr Have to ask this question, because it's been bugging me for a while. Why do we have so many players, who it seems, are only here until they can get a move to their 'preferred' club. It seems like Eden and Tibo at the moment are edging closer to spain. Costa and Luis didn't hang around long. Doesn't seem like a problem for the other top 6 clubs. Except maybe Liverpool who could lose Couhinho. Put he doesn't seem to be pushing for a move at the moment. Edited December 15, 20178 yr by xXRuufioXx
December 15, 20178 yr Costa went back go his old club. It wasn't like he used us to get to a new club. Same with luis, and that was due to him unfairly getting no game.

With Hazard we acquired a player with potential who has developed into a world class player in his mid-twenties. At 27 he has at least four years at top level and possibly another club. If he wanted to move to a bigger club now would be the ideal time. I can't see us releasing both Thibo and Hazard in the same season.
December 15, 20178 yr Players trying to improve their (financial) position, who would have thunk it. Makes them almost human, you know, like us!

December 15, 20178 yr I guess U confuse this with players we sold that are doing well other places. Every year we hear talks about Hazard leaving but that is all it is to it. He seams more happy than ever. Regarding Courtois it is more a matter of his wife living in Spain and maybe he is happy about that. Perfect relationship? We see :) Don't take it to serious whatever you read from the press. It is most taken out of context. Regarding Luiz he is not nr. 1 in that position anymore and not getting younger either. He for sure does not want to sit on the bench so that is life. He would never leave but things might not come as he planed. Costa is a goalscoring monster but come on. He is a bully. December 15, 20178 yr Author Lol. Now I've woken up and re-read that drivel that I typed on my phone earlier in my semi-conscious state, I apologise for posting that load of crap. Now, what was going through my mind earlier was; why have we had a few players in recent times, that have failed to bed in at Chelsea and have wanted to run back to the clubs we bought them from? Obvious two which I mentioned earlier were Costa and Luis. And it seems Tibo may want away as well, (not that I would be bothered by that). Also why did the likes of KDB & Chaloba want away rather than fight for their place?

Also why did the likes of KDB & Chaloba want away rather than fight for their place? I've not been happy at a couple of workplaces, and regretted leaving a previous job. Why would footballers be different, especially if their jobs are in a foreign country that may also be culturally totally different? There might be personal reasons involved too, not just professional reasons. As for KDB and Chalobah: I'm not privy to their thoughts, but perhaps they saw better opportunities elsewhere. Or perhaps they just didn't like the atmosphere, their co-workers, their boss, whatever, whomever. They're employees, just like us, albeit better paid and very much in the spotlight.
December 16, 20178 yr I suppose if we believe half of the things reported in the media about CFC, we'd believe the club is only days away of complete destruction. At this stone age, players and agents will always look for the next better deal rather than contend with what they got, we have and will have players want to leave, so are every other clubs in the league.
December 17, 20178 yr Because it always rains in the UK? Because players fall out? Because coaches play a different way? Because players just want to play football? Because players want to play with their mates? Players aren't robots and there are so many variables as to why form dips, moods change etc.
