What we need is somebody who is a genuine goal threat from central midfield. At the moment our midfield consists mainly of players who aren't great at being a goal threat. Kovacic is a great dribbler and driving with the ball.

Jorginho is a creative mid. Kante is the engine. Mount is could be a creative + goal threat, but at the moment he isn't that. I have wanted Bruno Fernandes for the longest for this exact reason.

When compared to other central midfielders, RLC is up there with Mount, he can be counted as a bigger goal threat.
