Liverpool v Chelsea (PL) Wed 22nd July 2020 20:15 GMT

We played good against them in a 4-3-3 this season. The 1 team that I wouldn't wish that we play with 3 in the back is their team, Giroud was good in areal duels last game which helped us to maintain the attacks going but Liverpool is much better organized than ManU, a player alone in their half is in 5 seconds surrounded by 4 players.

Unless Giroud is in top form, I feel like VVD would be able to handle him. We will see I guess.

To be fair who can we play that VVD cannot handle?

Giroud has systematically bullied VVD at club at international level for years, he's the one player the Dutchman seriously struggles with.

A 'free' hit this game. A draw doesn't really change we need to win our last game against Wolves, so go big, the rewards are high and if we do get beat we're in the same position we were before the game.

This is going to be a tough match. But I'm less concerned about getting a draw. Either way, if we do not win this one, the only way we can guarantee Champions League would be winning against Wolves. I think Wolves, between their counterattacking prowess and low block, will give us a major problem. Today is super important. I'd go all-out and, if they lose badly, then they lose badly.

Iam not nervous abouts tonights game ag all ,maybe thats because every fibre in my body expects zero points from lpool

i just hope that we stay in the game for as long as possible and if we do Get beat go down fighting which will carry us thou the wolves game with 3pts .

First few mins of mans v happy Hammers ,the mancs look a different team to the SF defeat against us .had two half

West Ham don't look up for the game at all.

Well its still 0-0 with mancs having all the ball but only making half chancers at the moment . West ham are not pressing mancs which was their downfall against us and Southampton .

iam expecting mancs to hit the onion bag just before half time as normall ,but we live in hope

You know they going to win it with a penalty pulled out of the ref's ass.

Still 0-0 after 40 mins > this is when i expect mancs to score but they are not looking no great shakes at the moment while West ham look as potent as a bowl of salad

As I posted above, a defeat for Manure only helps us if we can avoid defeat in either of our remaining games. I'm taking nothing for granted!

I cant see mancs getting beat against West ham ,but if they do Get beat tonight i type of hope it will effect them going to last

game against LCFC and inspire Leicester to beat man utd in said game

If they don't win tonight I think both Utd and Leicester will each go at it and end up a draw....but if we lose tonight we still can't lose to Wolves regardless...pressure will be on all 3 teams to get a result.
