Ole's at the wheel and he is driving them to the title...haha how a few months can change the outlook completely.

I didn't watch until the end but in general their football is patchy like ours, they got knocked out of the CL group stages which is a big failure for title chasers. They have more luck and var is on their side which is a huge boost.

Being out of the CL helps their efforts for the title cause they can ignore the Europa basically imo.

So they are talking about taking a 2 week "circuit break" with the rising covid numbers from the mutated virus.

Given the teams are kept in bubbles and most fans are not allowed in seems not nessicary. Just go back to no fans.

Or just go ahead and void the season. This season is a cluster because they did not do the right thing last time around and void it.

Football is really going downhill, I am really being put off the game by players feigning injury every time there is contact when their team is ahead.

Arsenal constantly against us and also today since going ahead, it's not Just Arsenal every team in the league does it which completely ruins the fluidity and enjoyment of the game.

The days of 'real football' died a long time ago with FIFA and others constantly changing the rules especially when it comes to deciding what a handball is or a tackle is or what an offside is; however you can strangle the opposing player in your box and no once cares.

They are playing turgid football for the most part but somehow by hook or by crook and goals in time added on they get results and that's all that matters.   Their luck has to run out soon.

But clearly they aren't, otherwise no footballers or club people would be being diagnosed and City and Newcastle (amongst other clubs) would not have had to cancel matches because they had players diagnosed.  Come to that, if the teams were bubbled up, Havertz and CHO wouldn't have had the virus, either.

I think it's got to stop. The Covid situation is pretty grim and lots of clubs employ people whose age puts them at risk.

Wouldn't be especially bothered to be honest. We're halfway through the season and players are clearly not coping with this fixture schedule. We're seeing loads of terrible games from players that are knackered and a big jump in cynical play as teams look to exploit tired teams

I guess they should send those Chelsea Pensioners home 😉

People complaining about var and united luck united have a cheeky nasty streak we don’t we are too bloody honest and nice which gets us nowhere. I think the match against villa mount had a run into the box he was tackled but stayed on his feet if he went down it was sure fire penalty if that’s Bruno or any united player they going down. We are complaining about rules which are getting united and Liverpool penalties which if we don’t try and exploit we are not  going to get the calls.

They have been good the last two seasons at acquiring better players, Fernandes and Cavani and with keeping the squad together.

Can't believe what a weird season this has been results wise with so many teams having a good run but then dropping points where you wouldn't expect them to. Seems to be the view that a lot of the "Big" teams are suffering from the no crowd and big home support so refs aren't being pressured into giving as many decisions and there probably is something in that and also the fact of so many games with little resting time and more fatigue and injuries. Whatever, but it is quite an intriguing season with teams taking points off one another and if only we could put another decent run together and be in the shake-up come the business end of the season. With even Liverpool looking inconsistent and average at times, ANYTHING is possible!

Have to say (AGAIN) that I have loved watching dirty Leeds this season. What a rollercoaster return to the PL their fans are getting. They concede loads but score loads too and are the best side to watch for neutrals. Fair play to Bielsa for sticking to his principles. They might not win anything playing the way they do but they are certainly picking up fans. A Leeds fan I know says Bielsa is worshipped by the supporters and although they didn't enjoy getting gubbed by United they would still rather have the season they are having than suffer Big Sam or Mourinho type football and that's refreshing - how football used to be when many of us fell in love with it.

Liverpool right now don’t look like they have the creativity to win the league especially away from home. I could see both Manc clubs overtaking them at this rate.

They came close but got denied by the goalkeeping, I don't expect this to happen every week. But bloody Utd can be joint top in points if they win their game in hand.. Var wins you leagues
