A choice between Liverpool and Man Utd to win the league currently.
I hope City overtake both as that is the only bearable outcome.

The idea of Solskjaer lifting the premier league and his smug little face fills me with dread.

Better team than we are, hard to say but facts don't lie. We need to get our act together

Villa played far better against Utd than us but lose. Them's the breaks...oh and it helps that if you can’t win from open play, the match officials are always on hand to give a pen to bail them out

This is what Sky, the Premier League and the FA have wanted for a while, Liverpool and Man Utd fighting it out for top spot.

Perfect for their brand in the their eyes no doubt.

Surprise, surprise. We experienced the Utd bias when Azpi got thrown to the ground like he was in the WWE, yet we were given nothing.

Remember when sky covered that game and they didn’t really show it but Neville was having kittens about a minor incident at the other end, when a blade of grass got in the way of a Utd player?

I don't know how true this is, but I just read on twitter that United have only won 2 games this season where VAR hasn't been involved in the winner. There were a few draws they picked up where VAR didn't get involved either.

For this to be happening this frequently is just mental, I can't see how it can be anything but deliberate at this point. For the past two seasons now there has been an effort by the officials to get United competing at the top again. The worst thing about it is that we can't do a single thing about it, any mention of something dodgy going on is mocked and seen as nothing but conspiracy theories.

It's killed my enjoyment of football. With every week that passes, I just find myself getting more and more fed up with the game. If United win the league this season, I think I will be put off completely. It would without a doubt be the most undeserved win of a title in history. I hate Liverpool more than any other club, and I hate saying this, but I would rather they won it over United at this point. The level of cheating is just too much.

One thing that United are good at is running at defenders in the box. We don’t do that enough - our wide players will quite happily pass it side ways before running at nervous defenders.

Think most of us would agree that had it been Grealish on a united player rather than Christensen the ref blows for a foul or stops play. Likewise if Werner goes down like pogba does we dont get the pen.

Only difference between us and united. Favoritism.

Everytime an United player goes down in the box, it's an automatic penalty. My Conspiracy sense says United will win the league this year with the extra 10 penalties the referees/VAR hand out to them

Solskjaer, 115 games, 42 penalties, 27 in the Premier League and 33 of them in the last 59 games............f**k off, just f**k off.

This is worse than Uefalona.

Don't forget the red cards they avoid and pens not given against them, when all put together it becomes a huge advantage that turns a midtable team into challengers.

This actually happened under Jose at Utd as well, but City just blew them away regardless. That season they were no where as good as coming 2nd in the league.

Well, not when we're playing with MMA rules. That flying elbow from Mings on Poobag in the first half would've gotten any MMA fan hard.

I can agree that the penalty we got was soft. But if you've played football you know that just a small touch on the leg makes you trip on your own calf.

Lets be fair though, sour grapes aside, your side is getting ridiculous luck this season on VAR decisions. I've seen nothing like it in my life, Bruno must've scored easily over 20 penalties and he's only been there for just over 12 months now.

Can't remember them all, but if they consult VAR and look at it from different angles they can't be wrong, perhaps soft? We must be doing something right and if Martial and Rashford have quick feet, then it's the correct thing to do and tactically sound. It's like if someone gets a yellow card early on, you can be sure as hell that the opposition will target him for a second...

Liverpool have far more skillful and fast paced players than you do and don't get anywhere near the penalties.

It's not the fact that a lot of them are correct decisions, it's the fact that you get every call. The number of times we get players like Pulisic or Abraham who are clearly fouled in the box but we don't get a call is ridiculous. This is the case for every other team, we get a lot of fouls in the box but the calls don't go our way, United always get a call going their way.

You're definitely getting a lot of luck in these decisions, and I don't know how.

Since I don't watch every game you play I can't really comment about it... regarding getting every call, why didn't Mings get a red/yellow and we a penalty yesterday if we get every call? That was more of a penalty than the one we got! I know as an opposition fan you tend to see the soft ones we get, but miss out on ones like that... and I'm exactly the same when I'm on the other side of the fence.

Regarding Liverpool, they seem to be more direct and straight for goal from what I can tell. We tend to occupy the oppo penalty area and just stroll around... many times losing the ball and getting nothing out of it. That's my best guess for comparison
