A sell on clause on a £110 million pound deal! That is ridiculous.   I wonder what the highest transfer fee that included a sell on clause is.  It’s usually something I associated with smaller fees not record transfers.

It’s a lot of money, but I’m glad it’s done. Was clear as day today we need a proper DM next to Enzo. The pivot is now sorted, but of course this is going to cause us some issue in future windows, certainly for a while I’m sure.

If majority of our signings work out (doesn't always work that way in football but ehy) then we have nothing to worry about. We're not short of young Strasborg players or academy players to sell. I imagine players like Sterling probably get moved on within the next 2-3 years as well. We'll be fine.

What’s his injury record like. Hopefully he can last a few more years than Essien and Kante
