August 25, 20232 yr Just now, Cap said: Caicedo has had a very nice second half, tackles and interposing himself well. Enzo’s passing is on another level. The midfield looks very promising for a long time. Agree. He looks good. Needs time to settle and just get comfortable so we see his natural ability shine. He does have a quality to him though
August 25, 20232 yr why don't they show a graph when liverpool plays: Foreign fans killed by Liverpool supporters 32 Fans killed by the rest of the PL 0
August 25, 20232 yr Why are Sky putting our transfer record vs Lutons on the screen? Imagine them doing that to Liverpool, would never happen, strange lot.

August 25, 20232 yr Good old Andy Townsend has confirmed to the world that Enzo is not a classic number 10. Well no **** Sherlock - he wears no.8 for a reason.
August 25, 20232 yr i really want to see that picture of Reece, Terry, Lavia and Todd sitting together
August 25, 20232 yr Positive is that we scored goals and we should realistically be 5 or 6-0 up, despite this weird lineup. Promising. Luton are a shambles though.

August 25, 20232 yr we have a lot of injuries but at least our manager is match fit unlike some other team

August 25, 20232 yr Probably our worst performance out of the 3 games but our best result. Sterling genuinely looks like a new signing, playing lights out. Enzo higher up the field is so much more influential. Positives to take but worth noting the drop off both ends of the pitch without James is highly noticeable.
August 25, 20232 yr A bit frustrating at times, but nice to see us kill a game off for once. Really happy Jackson got his goal tonight.
August 25, 20232 yr Yeeeeeessss! A win at home! Finally after 9 games. A ton of positives to take home: Jackson goal Sterling revival Enzo sexy as hell A clean sheet!
August 25, 20232 yr Well played. Better vibes - would take 3-0 at home every week against any opponent. Room for improvement. Sterling MoM for me, and thought Silva was good as always. Caicedo a very good game as well, and Jackson to round it out!

It's like I said earlier, we never see them mention how much United paid for Maguire or Anthony. They are two of the biggest flops in the league currently, but nothing has been said about it.
August 25, 20232 yr Good win. Still a whole lot of work to do, against a better team we could have lost that. But then again, the more time the midfield & Sterling/Jackson gets together the better it will become hopefully. Think our season will come down to that in the end - how well the midfield and Sterling and Jackson does.
August 25, 20232 yr Three points comfortable win Sterling revitalised Jackson led the line well We play within ourselves at time, resulting in careless play Still very much a work in progress, something to build on now the monkey is off the back

But a win with a clean sheet and something to build on.
