I never said we were worse defensively last season, I said we've improved this season, as in, overall. We've improved as a team.

I said things were much worse last season, not the defence. The defence is the one thing that's massively regressed under Pochettino, but overall as a team I think we've definitely improved.

We have improved this season. We have the ability to score goals this year. Last season under 'Potter-Ball' the only thing we ever won were the possession stats. Meaningless possession statistics. 75% possession and never ever look liked scoring a goal. This season we have improved. All over the pitch. We have improved. We have the ability to score and we are an exciting and dynamic team to watch on our day. Naturally we are bunch of erratic kids and we have leaked at the back. Chaos. But give me a 4-4 game with Citeh any day of the week, over the drivel we played under Potter. The bloated squad and the tedious tactics of Potter Ball were the worst we saw in years. . .decades. Potter ball was horrible to watch.

We were definitely better drilled under Potter defensively, but there was absolutely nothing else from our game.

Some of the most boring sh*te I've ever watched was last season. I've been whinging about our defending for months but the games are definitely entertaining, we're creating a lot of chances and finally scoring a lot of goals.

So we keep Poch on for as long as possible after months of awful football, then when he finally gets us playing well they sack him.

Tuchel was sacked whilst we were doing alright as well.
