When did felix and lavia get injured though? I know lavia got a knock to the head, i saw the cut. But hamstring thingy was a precaution only. 

Felix was doing soo well in his last match. The difference in his pressing between his last match and every other match was light and day!

What do you mean no Nkunku or Mudryk?

They may not play the full 90 but 20-30minutes is more than doable.

@The Don Antoniosaid on the last page Felix, Nkunku, Mudryk and lavia all missed training today, which suggests they might well be unavailable for the game.

Not sure what Nkunkus issue is, Mudryk has had some sort of infection that has seen him miss two weeks already, Lavia depends on his hamstring, Matesca has already said no risks will be taken.

Felix had some sort of muscle issue just before the team jetted off for Kazakhstan.

Heh I did not realize Southampton vs Spurs is also starting at 7 today.

So our game starting at 7 due to our long flight from Kazakhstan. And the reason for Spurs is? Did they walk back home from Scotland?

On second thought it might be smart to start disasi instead of Gusto. The games we lost to brentford was because we couldn't match their height and physicality . I think a back 3 of disasi colwill and badiashale shd be physical enough with cucurella inverting

Bench will be really light then, no game changers.

Almost no other Premier League team has a bench the quality of Lavia Neto Felix Mudryk Nkunku so what will be a loss/ difference for us will only become an issue later in the game, unless we get the job done early. Our projected season to challenge for major stuff it surely is not this one. I personally do not understand why most of the people write City off already. I still think they are the only ones capable of going on a crazy winning run, as they always do. At some point they are going to get their sh*t together again. 

Let’s be honest, despite the history, we should be beating them.

We’re a completely different animal compared to previous years.

We lost 1-4 to Brentford under Tuchel during the sale of club. Really tumultuous time for club.

We lost 2 games to them under Frank and Pochettino, let’s be honest not exactly the best calibre of managers.

This time, we are 2nd in league and we are pretty good at defending set pieces with the new set piece coach.

Nobody is writing City off but they are 9 points and 12 goals behind so unless Liverpool drop off a good City run might not be enough. The speculation is about both these things happening and there isn’t much money getting behind that, especially with Rodri out for the season.

The loss of Lavia will hurt us this game, imo.

I doubt any of the players that went to Kazakhstan are in consideration to start this, so no Disasi nor Tosin. In theory our best two CBS in the air.

The threat of Mbeumo and Wissa is the biggest concern to me.

I'm just taking a safe option, how would if be if I predicted a 4-1 Chelsea massacre. Followed by more stuttering from Liverpool Arsenal and Citeh with us top of the table at Christmas.
