Honestly Enzos up turn in form, and Netos suspension, while Noni has been poor for a while, I would still sooner move Palmer to the right, Enzo to the 10 and have Gusto at RB/RCB. Means Cucu plays his best role, pushed on to the attack, Colwill stays in the middle and Badi goes to the LCB role. 

 

And we still have the Lavia and Caicedo pivot.

How? Still our 3rd top contributor in the league, and has a goal & 2 assists in his last 4 appearances. Isn’t the issue that the manager feels he he doesn’t go for the kill after scoring/assisting? Nailed on to start against Brentford.

Think that is asking for trouble with Mbeumo and Wissa in good form. 

Brentford often score an early goal, will have to pay attention right from the get go.

He had a period where he was off form, however on his most recent start bagged a goal and an assist and could have easily got a hattrick. Has to start on Sunday for reasons mentioned earlier.

Whoever plays alongside Colwill will be key.

We should win but I’ve said that every time we’ve played them at the Bridge. Our tails are up though so I’m going 4-1.

Sorry for your luck on this occasion! 

The scheduling Gods were shining on Eastern Canada with a 2 pm kick off. They wanted us to have a good sleep, eat a hearty breakfast and watch a weekend game in the afternoon for the first time in a gazillion years. Compensation for all the 7.30 am kick off times we enjoy so much.  

It will be interesting to see how many viewers there are in North America up against prime time NFL.

Huge result. How many managers different managers have we had that tried and failed to beat Brentford in the league.

Only Tuchel managed it I think, and that was at their place. Our record at the Bridge stinks.

Huge match and I will start to believe Maresca may have something special about him IF he can break this curse they have over us and win this game.

Don't care if it is a 90th minute winner from a Palmer pen or the ref messes up in our favour that gets the job done. Just win.

Well Arsenal and Liverpool have given us a small window of opportunity which we have tended to fluff in recent times, and you just know that Bournemouth is going to score because they can, so ambition is critical, and optimism needs to be playing at centre forward tomorrow......

Crucially important is how Maresca sets us up to deal with Mbeumo and Wissa.

Both are having very good seasons. We know all about sides double or triple marking Palmer. Not saying we go that far but we must not allow them space, or freedom in and around the box.

Maresca has to have a plan for Mbeumo and Wissa. If we are to win, that is key.

Gonna be tough with Nkuku, Felix, Mudryk,lavia missing training and Neto suspended. It's imperative we start strong and score early goals.  The longer it is a tied game the more the atmosphere in the bridge will go dark.

Wow did not know that, all our other attacking options injured at the same time,bar Neto? And Lavia out as well?

Bench will be really light then, no game changers.
