That Liverpool team looks a shadow of previous teams. Very little fight or urgency when it mattered. Some woeful finishing. Their luck seems to have run out. New players cost a fortune and seem to have taken them backwards. Long may it continue.

Their run of results puts our much needed win over them into context.

Some would make an argument that Maresca still has to coach us to a win over a top EPL team.
