As I said earlier they played with too much emotion. There is a vast difference between control and the approach they were displaying. Had the ref booked the two Newcastle players in the first few minutes then perhaps it would have settled them down . Now in the time taken to a yellow and probably a red

They did they didn’t get drawn and just soaked up the pressure. That performance may not excite but it was effective
