This is the last game before the season starts. I get that it's pre season and they've had a player sent off and it's hot, but defensively we have been pretty crap so far. Play like this next week and even frnm 2-0 we'll get our arses handed to us.

I’d switch to inside forwards and traditional fullbacks 2nd half.

I think we have been fine, I think we just dropped our levels. This is why I would have preferred to keep it 11v11. Force the players to keep that same focus.

I literally just noticed Fernandez for the first time. Admittedly, I haven't been watching that closely, but he's having a very quiet game.

If this is a PL league game it’s 2-2 very poor defending. Corners have been shocking twice you had multiple players free at the back post

Hhhhmmm. Way to early to make that claim. He likes a step over and he is direct but his final ball has left a bit to be desired. Exactly what Noni used to get criticism for.

Against 10 men should be easier for him.

Far too open at the back, against a proper opposition they score 2 or 3 that half.

Going forward we look interesting at least aside from Gittens who looks like a Bundesliga winger…

Granted, but Palace get Lacroix sent of next week, they'll still shove this defending down our throats. Hopefully the changes will bring new energy in the second half
