For a squad that costs so much, it's amazing how poor the vast majority of our players areI think the last sentence sums it up really. Maybe on another day we squeak out an unconvincing 1-0 today but we have seen very little evidence that we are making any progress with this group of players. If anything we seem to be going in the wrong direction.

For a squad that costs so much, it's amazing how poor the vast majority of our players areNone of these are clear chances though, more like half chances. I also put that lack of killer instinct to f**king off abroad for a few days instead of staying focused at the training ground. We would never have done that before the Arsenal game. We disrespected Burnley, we disrespect many teams and they embarrass regularly.
February 21Feb 21 I just do not understand certain managers' obsession with chopping and changing things when clearly those work. And Rosenior unfortunately falls into that category.Enzo on the left with Palmer in the middle and Neto/Estevao looked like the way to go ahead as the team was way more balanced that way and everything went smooth. Now he put Enzo back in the middle, Palmer on the right and Neto on the left? Why? Just why? Because of Kyle Walker? So that Neto can track back when he attacks??? He is f**king 70 years old Kyle Walker for Christ's sake. What a clown club we have become if we manage our own tactics by trying to nullify f**king Burnley. At Stamford Bridge. A soon to be Championship club.
February 21Feb 21 Just now, Remodez said:It did fail and he has to take some blame for that, that's the nature of making of those kind of subs, but people seem to be ignoring the main issue which is the players. He gave them a day off in midweek in the business end of the season, strategizes, picks the players, makes the subs. Can't predict stupid like Fofana but the squad is way too young to be left to their own devices.
February 21Feb 21 3 chances against Burnley it’s all the LR defenders have to defend today’s performance. Three effing chances against a team in relegation. Clap Clap Clap.
February 21Feb 21 He should blame Fofana, because even if we weren't good enough throughout, Burnley weren't creating anything. I'm sick of Fofana, the guy is a knobhead. Smiling when he got sent off doesn't help either. If I could do a clear out in the summer, Fofana would be near the top of the list of players to go.

I can't remember from recent memory of a trophy chasing manager giving time offs in the middle of the business end of the season before.
February 21Feb 21 Author He said after the match he is learning all about the team very quickly and that our defending on the set piece was not acceptable.Hopefully he has learned Tosin is not good enough.

Better learn quick then or he'll be a sky pundit by October
February 21Feb 21 Author One thing from the game I really don't like to see. We tried keeping the ball in the corner with 10 minutes to go.I know we had 10 men. We were however at home, to Burnley. There is no excuse. That is unacceptable.

February 21Feb 21 People forgetting Tosin could should have seen red as well, and how that bloke missed his free header at the end who knows, i said when he was appointed he was only here because no one else wanted the job and he was cheap, he has beaten all these big teams, Brentford, Palace, West Ham, and Wolves,Drawn to Leeds and now Burnleyi hated Maresca and wanted him out (and predicted he would be gone by Christmas), but i think everyone would agree that Maresca would have won all those games, now we have a run of games that i believe will send us down the table, i reckon we will finish as low as 7th and the school teacher will be sent packing, we will then need to sell at least one BIG player (Enzo), along with Decrap, Kittens and Neto

All by design, and spending a fortune to get there as well. It's quite incredible.
February 21Feb 21 It's not just one result or a tactical error. When LR came into the job it was clear he needed to step up and do so quickly. It was no easy task but we are borderline on Champions league football next year. The talking is just that however he needs to deliver and wasted points will ultimately cost him. He's struggling and I think he goes the moment Champions League becomes unobtainable. He's had the easy games now it's the business end of the season. Way too junior an appointment for a club like ours.
February 21Feb 21 Far from impressed the last two games. The continuation of dropping points from winning positions is endemic in this club. That, coupled with a complete lack of discipline will always cost us. LR has been let down by individual mistakes the last two games for sure. However, I’m not sure he did enough to win the games either. Poor.

Neto again didn't do anything, we were being pushed back even with him on the pitch. Stacking the midfield with Enzo Santos and Caicedo with 5 CBs was a perfectly fine plan for the last 5 mins of the game. We didn't concede due to this. The goal we conceded would happen regardless of who we had on.I haven't seen the game, but isn't being " over run" and "pushed back" by Burnley, and ending up playing 5 CB's against THAT Burnley side maybe a little bit on the manager? Saying that, I liked his on pitch interview after the game, even if he was only recognising the problems with our defending that we all have been banging on about for years Can't blame Rosenior if our transfer policy is to concentrate on young wingers instead of addressing the obvious defensive shortcomings. BUT I can blame him if he just accepts that policy without question. Oh well, we've got the "easy" fixtures out of the way! Come on you BLUES !

The obvious choice here is to play Hato and keep Enzo on the left though if he has to play.
February 21Feb 21 Chelsea players are enjoying a much-needed free mid-week ahead of Saturday's Premier League fixture against Burnley at Stamford Bridge.Considering Rosenior's mid-season arrival in January, which meant he had no pre-season to work with, some expected him to use the time to introduce more ideas to the team.Instead, the Chelsea boss decided to give his squad an opportunity to take four days off before they had to report back to Cobham on Wednesday. Some of the players decided to spend their time overseas, with Cole Palmer and a few others going to Dubai, UAE, Alejandro Garnacho visiting Egypt, etc.
February 21Feb 21 I'm all for looking after the player's wealthfare, but then after the World Cup I see we go to Australia to play in the Sydney Super Cup in August.Chelsea and Tottenham are taking their rivalry global next summer, with the two clubs set to meet in Sydney for their first-ever clash outside the UK. The match, part of the 2026 Sydney Super Cup, will take place at the 83,500-capacity Accor Stadium on 1 August, offering Australian fans a rare chance to see one of English football’s most fiery fixtures unfold in their own backyard.
February 21Feb 21 Game management seems to have gone out of the window. If we are not scrambling around in the second half of games trying to fix an awful first half we are giving away leads when a game should be comfortable. LR cant be blind to this, he has to sort this surely? He comments about all the shortcomings in his post match briefings but we can all do that. Hes supposed to be the manager/coach not a commentator/spectator.The next run of games could be really hard work with only Wrexham as the easy game. I hope he doesnt send out a group of strangers for this one, it has the potential to be a clusterfcuk of the highest order.
