There were a few good players today. Sinclair was good, Kalou too. Nice to see JT back in command. But Lamps scored two goals and was good so he'll get my vote. However, his long sweeping passes wasn't as good as usual. But considering he hasn't played in awhile that's not surprising.

I gave it to Frank for the goals and the assist (does his pass to Kalou count as an assist ?).

As far as motivation and drive is concerned, though, Sinclair gets it.

Frank was obviously good, Kalou looked very confident on the ball indeed, and Sinclair continues to show a lot of promise, but I also think Wayne deserves a mention. He defended perfectly and showed SO much more invention than Cashley ever does. I know we've all been saying it, but why he is not first choice really is completely beyond me.

Nice (albeit fookin cold) day out at the Bridge all in all. L*verpool's loss probably getting the biggest cheer of the day! happy0034.gif

Lampard, 100 and 101, and the assist to Kalou for his. Over all a good performace by most. However, despite Sinclairs best efforts, I doubt we will see him start again this season!

Until the last 15 minutes, I thought Kalou was horrible. His stupid play to kick in Pizarro's shot that was going in the open goal, while Kalou was offsides, cost us a goal. That, and his terrible shooting for the first 70 minutes was making me raging mad.

Scott Sinclair by a country mile - the lad done enough for inclusion against Olympaikos and a place in the starting eleven against Spuds

I hardly think one good game is enough to gain a starting slot in such important games.I'm not saying he doesn't deserve a chance but to take a risk like this in these games would be plain stupid. Now that we finally have all our players back fit and some of the most important games of the season next should we give the kid a chance now? After waiting so long to get the more established players back I hardly see them not getting a game whilst Sinclair, who has been and barely made the bench through the injury crisis that we have just survived, playing now that we have everyone to choose from.

Do we have Ben Haim's mom on the forums, or who is the joker that keeps voting for him in these polls? The joke is getting somewhat old. 844.gif

Lampard for me, great to see him go over the 100 mark for us,

nearly gave it to Sinclair as he looks to really want to take every chance he can to impress and usually succeeds,

Bridgy was good again and I hope he plays in the CC final, got a feeling AC will play in the CL.

Also great to see JT looking like he has no problems.

A clear MOTM for me today and it wasn't Frank with his two goals, congratulations though Frankie boy.

Jon Obi Mikel was superb.

And the lad Collins who got the goal for them, lovely little footballer on what he showed us today.

Playing Malouda week in week out is like playing with 10 men, everytime Scott has been given a chance he has played well and has given our attack en edge. I'd pick Sinclair a head of Malouda or even Kalou any day of week. If he'd had gone to the Gooners he would be a household name by now. Our management, recent past and present, have got no balls when it comes to blooding youngsters both Stott and Sahar should have been involved yesterday and possibly even Jimmy Smith.

I agree 100%, Tim - let's hope Grant's replacement (please God, let there be one, and soon) has the balls to blood the youngsters. We seem to be the only club too scared to play youngsters (with the exception of John Obi Mikel).

Give Grant a bit of credit, Sinclair has had some playing time and Avi's got to keep a big squad happy so it will be hard to blood the youngsters if everytime a player has a couple of games out the papers tell us he wants to leave and Grant will get stick for that,

add to that the fact he wants to win something and not do a Benitez and I can see why he has not used a lot of our youth.

I'd sooner be in four competitions playing international players and keeping them happy than sticking the eggs in one Basket so the boys can improve, espessially in a first season in charge with a lot of doubters calling for my head icon_wink.gif
