  1. Chelsea signing Sergio Aguero would be the transfer of the season. He is the nuts !!
  2. Which would be good. Di Santo would benefit from a year's loan at one of the promoted clubs IMO. And I think it would be wise to let Kalou go if we can bring in Aguero instead. Especially as there is ANC again next year.
  3. Can see Aguero becoming our new Zola! Really hope that this is the marque signing Abramovich is bringing in for Chelsea ! And only 20 years old.
  4. And here the pathetic Ancelotti slags of Jose Mourinho - hardly going to endear himself to Chelsea fans with that. What a c**k ! To be honest, Ancelotti can fark off. Sounds a real slippery jerk !! http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/foo...icle6367805.ece Ancelotti says that, emotionally, he felt at times this season that he had already made the move to Stamford Bridge and claims that, for Abramovich, working with him would be a relief after employing José Mourinho — or “his Mourinhonessâ€, as Ancelotti scathingly refers to the Portuguese. “I confess that at certain points in 2008-09 I watched my DVDs of John Terry, Frank Lampard and Didier Drogba,†Ancelotti writes. “I was already the coach of the boys on paper. I thought, there are worse things in life than me and Abramovich together. The worst for him had already been and gone. He had already worked with His Specialness, Mourinho.†Later, in a meeting with Adriano Galliani, the Milan director, Ancelotti writes: “We looked up at the television and there was his Mourinhoness, comparing himself to Jesus. I thought, ‘Forgive him his sins, he knows not what he is talking about.’ â€
  5. Daniel Sturridge and Ross Turnbull (both available on frees) I can imagine will happen, to up our English quota.
  6. If AC Milan lose next week, they will be in the qualifying rounds for next season's CL, just like Arsenal is in our league. However if they win next week, they automatically qualify for next season's group stages.
  7. Article today say Carlo Aneclotti has wimped out and is staying at Milan... Hope that is true. http://www.goal.com/en/news/10/italy/2009/...at-milan-report Carlo Ancelotti Tells Friends He Is Staying At Milan – Report The current boss of the Rossoneri may be staying put after all… All of the talk around Milan at present is surrounding the imminent retirement of Paolo Maldini, who is set to play his last ever game for the Rossoneri against Fiorentina next weekend. Another ongoing discussion point concerns the future of their coach at present, Carlo Ancelotti, a man who has been strongly linked to Chelsea over the past few weeks. According to the latest reports from Tuttomercatoweb though, Ancelotti incredibly looks set to remain in Italy, as it has been reported that he has told those close to him about his intentions to stay on next season. The reports go on to suggest that as a result, his words have dramatically increased his chances of remaining at the helm of the club, despite the Rossoneri considering other options recently. On Sunday, after their match with Roma, it is expected that a delegation of the team, led by Adriano Galliani and some of the players, will go to Silvio Berlusconi to convince him that Ancelotti is the right man for the job. It should be an interesting few days for the Milanese outfit, as they look to also consolidate their spot in the top two against the Giallorossi. Adrian Del Monte, Goal.com
  8. Totally agree. Think the whole thing is based around the sponsors. Whoever they vote for, wins. The mere fan's vote does not count. Would explain the ridiculous, ludicrous decision to make Joe Cole Player of the Year last year.
  9. Leonardo the new AC Milan manager.....??? Article saying it will be the triumverate of Leonardo, Tassotti & Galli, with Ancelotti coming to Chelsea. If so, Ancelotti without his English speaking assistant! Even more a disaster if so. http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...colo23631.shtml Would back up Galliani's claims today of not speaking to other coaches, as Leonardo and the other two are already at the club.
  10. 2009 POTY nominees are; Lamps, Anelka, JT, Drogba, Mikel. Scandalous Ashley Cole has not made it into the list :-(
  11. They have never beaten us with 11 on the pitch ! Also, has any Barcelona player ever had a red card in the Champions League? Hmmm
  12. Big Blues News special on Chelsea TV at 12pm this Friday. The description says it is Buck & Kenyon to analyse the club's latest year end financial figures and to discuss the blueprint for the clubs's future. Being repeated all weekend after that. I am hoping that at last we will know what our club's owner's ambitions for the future at last.
  13. Bloody well hope not. He couldn't get Milan into the Champions League this season and he does not speak English. Funny how that Milan representative is urging us to take him off their hands in the Summer. They want rid of him
  14. with Poyet as his assistant?
  15. Zola's lawyers coy on Chelsea link. Could it be a Zola & Clarke combo with Hiddink in a DOF role..?
  16. Tony Adams has just been sacked. Scolari next?
  17. The rumour originally came from Martin Samuel who said in his article that any Chelsea fans fears in Roman's commitment to the club will be dispelled when Chelsea's report and accounts are released in February. This was also backed up by Kenyon live on Chelsea TV. I think that Roman is writing of the loan debts by converting those into equity or there will be significant money set aside for either a new stadium and/or new player recruitment. I suspect it will be the writing off of the loans he has made to the club.
  18. Good stuff - on the official website now. Loan deal until end of season.
  19. The running of our club now is shambolic. Will be hard trying to keep hold of the likes of Cech, Essien & Mikel in the Summer if there is no signs of any ambition in the form of team investment.
  20. Everything about the way our club is run now is quite frankly pathetic. Where the hell is a new winger that we so blatantly need?
  21. A loan according to Sky. No benefit to us at all.
  22. http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/art...loss/article.do Sounds like media rollocks but what do people think?
  23. Storari allegedly... 32yo keeper signing on Thursday on loan... http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=e...COSA-FATTA.html
  24. If these German/Arab/Journo (-delete as applicable) idiots did their research, they would quickly spot that the "Real estate" possibilities are irrelevant due to the small issue of the CPO. God - we do live in a thick world.
