April 18, 201412 yr Kalou was decent at times but not enough, he's another player that didn't fulfil his potential
April 18, 201412 yr I would have taken kalou over our strikers this season I doubt he'd have done what Eto'o did against Spurs, United or Arsenal
May 25, 201412 yr http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/former-chelsea-defender-michael-mancienne-3607422 ^ Michael Mancienne has been linked with Sunderland
June 11, 201412 yr he's still only 32 hopefully Joe has 3 or 4 good years without any injuries. He's a great guy and a great footballer

July 3, 201412 yr I forgot that's where he had ended up, I loved Carvalho, him and JT during Jose's first spell were near perfect in defense, easily the best defensive pairing during Roman's tenure.
July 3, 201412 yr Nice deal for him realy. I can think of worse places to go to wind down your playing days.
July 9, 201412 yr There were only two managers who I was really angry to see sacked by our board and they are Robbie and Vialli. I was gutted when he was sacked.

July 9, 201412 yr There were only two managers who I was really angry to see sacked by our board and they are Robbie and Vialli. I was gutted when he was sacked. Vialli was the main one for me, I was so angry back when he was sacked and I think its one of the reasons I never took go Ranieri. I was more angry about Carlo than I was about Robbie, the reason I was never that angry about Robbie was I always thought it was inevitable, while he deserved his chance I never thought he was the right man for the long term. I really feel Carlo could have built something really special here but hey ho it worked out the way it did and now we have the Special One back. Mourinho hurt alot back in the day but as I've said before even though. I was angry and upset he went, I got why he went.
July 10, 201412 yr I wasnt sad to see Carlo sacked, i thought it was in bad taste the way the club did it but despite the double which was great i just wasnt convinced he was the right man for the job. I was annoyed that AVB was sacked actually. I was angry that the board bottled it and gave in to the players instead of backing AVB. Jose first time around i actually agreed with. It was the right time to let him go. He clearly wasnt happy so i wasnt at all angry with that one. As i said the two that made me the most mad were Vialli and Robbie. Vialli was doing really well i thought and it seemed like we was moving forward. And Robbie had won the CL. He deserved a better chance.
July 10, 201412 yr I was very happy when AVB went vecause I couldn't stand hom from day one, he came across so poorly in press conferences & interviews whenever he was asked something challlenging or something that maybe could be annoying. He didn't have the tempremamt to brush those kinds of questions off or have a clever response, also the guy clearly proved to me he was tactically inept, most notably in the game against Arsenal at the Bridge, we were 2-1 up and cruising, instead of hanging the tactics beaud we were so open he continued to play that way and we got smashed 3-5. Complete idiot in my eyes and in my time as a Chelsea fan the only manager I've actualy disliked.
July 16, 201412 yr Nottingham Forest are close to signing former Chelsea defender Michael Mancienne from German Bundesliga side Hamburg, reports BBC Radio Nottingham. The 26-year-old played under Stuart Pearce when the Forest manager was in charge of the England Under-21s side and is thought to be joining for a fee of around £1m on a four-year contract.
