Those stats are from two season ago when Azpi was playing CB.

Lets look at your point that a full back should be the fastest player on the team along with the wingers. 4 out of the 5 players above are all wingers so that's nothing to be ashamed about. 

Looking at the same article that you clearly looked at not many teams had full backs as their quickest players.

Everton - Lukaku, Deulofeu, Valencia, Lennon, Kone

City - Sane, Navas, Sterling, Fernandinho, Stones

Utd - Rashford, Bailey, Lingard, Shaw, Jones

Spurs - Walker, Janssen, Sissoko, Wanyama, Kane

Italian side AC Milan have had their one-year ban from European football overturned.

Uefa had issued the punishment after deciding Milan had breached a Financial Fair Play requirement to break even after spending £200m on transfers.
