I had a small lapel badge similar to that one but it had the yellow outer rim,late 70s early eighties.

Im guessing it was a crap weather day. Also if ever there was a poor turnout- even into the 80's in was usually the week before Xmas- everyone's skint, plus planning to attend local derbys on Boxing Day plus 3rd Round of FA Cup etc
