Not found any so far. Found this picture of Eric Liddell running at the Bridge: A bit off subject but there were some articles in the news earlier in the week about baseball to be played at the London Stadium (West Ham's ground) this year. Not the first time baseball has been played on a football pitch in the U.K. Baseball was played at the Bridge many years ago. I think the U.S. Army played the U.S. Navy.

The vaulters landed on the grass: a bit different from now when they land on a mat. Possibly because the bar is a lot higher now. I think that this has been discussed before but a lot of sports have been played at the Bridge over the years. In addition to football there has been athletics, speedway, mini-car racing, greyhound racing, rugby union, rugby league, American football, cricket and baseball. Any other sports?

Theres something in the forum archives about Damon getting a slap on the flight home. Ps did anyone go to that big barn of a place called the Green Jaeger- a lot of old school Chelsea met there I think the night before the game?
May 14, 20188 yr Looking forward to the Legends game on Friday. Some fine players turning out. Not bad for £20. Hopefully a good turn-out. I don't normally take photos at games but will make an exception for this one.

A few years ago one of his daughters came over from Canada to speak about her father at one of the local churches. A very interesting talk.
