April 25, 201214 yr Wow. Chelsea - Bayern Munich in the final. When the semifinals were drawn the odds must have been sky high on those two in the final.
April 25, 201214 yr Author It's almost a shame not to be Real, just because if we'd won it we would have beaten both Barcelona and Real Madrid on the way.
April 25, 201214 yr Oh my God. I think we can win this one now. Me too! No better chance (apart from the dreaded 2003/2004 campaign!)
April 25, 201214 yr That was probably one of the strangest penalty shoot outs I've ever seen. 2-0 up and everything is fine. Suddenly they miss two in a row, but the opponents fail to get 2-2 and a german scores the winning penalty. Bloody hell.
April 25, 201214 yr Be a diffucult match on their midden. But we can do them , they too have 3 players out
April 25, 201214 yr Felt bad for José there, he would clearly relish another showdown with his old team. As much of a spectacle as that would have been, Bayern are definitely the weaker side and this is surely to our advantage. Come on Chelsea!
April 25, 201214 yr Probably the more favourable of the two teams. Bayern didn't look anything special tonight, I hope our boys are well up for it. Both teams will be missing key players. We will win! P.S. Note to RDM - don't go to penalties with a German team.
April 25, 201214 yr Be a diffucult match on their midden. But we can do them , they too have 3 players out Yeeeeeeeep, can't underestimate that... don't think Real would have had anyone out?
April 25, 201214 yr Author Gustavo is no loss, he was f**king sh*te. Someone will have to amend the title of this thread, I can't do it.
April 25, 201214 yr Be a diffucult match on their midden. But we can do them , they too have 3 players out Is it really that big of advantage if they are at home? I do not think entirely since the tickets are distributed evenly are they not. A Champions League final is almost always neutral whether it is at a "home ground" or not. If anything I think there may be more pressure to win at home, of course this is a biased opinion in this case.
April 25, 201214 yr Bayern may well be beatable BUT, and it's a big but, Bayern are playing at home in the final. That gives them a huge advantage.

Like Camp Nou or something... So if its 1-1 at full time in the final do we win in away goals.......... Well I don't see the problem in that? Edited April 25, 201214 yr by Gem
April 25, 201214 yr Won't lie I'm much happier Bayern went through. I was sick of Chelsea and Bayern being written off before a ball was kicked. Nothing but contempt in my view. 3 players banned from each. Robben and Ribery both injury prone.
April 25, 201214 yr They are missing Alaba(great player), Badstuber and Gustavo(great player) aswell. Sort of makes us even in that aspect although we are missing Terry aswell. We can do this!
