PVA, possibly, given that Bertrand is currently the clear leader in the race to replace Cole. Kalas is still young enough that I'd expect him to move on; as he's one of the better CBs in that league now, when he comes into his prime he'll probably be somewhere reasonably impressive, even if he doesn't reach quite Chelsea standard.

Yes, just read this through Esk Weston, reliable CHelsea Youth source, who said that both T Hazard and Amin Affane are both being loaned out.

Wonder if this will affect E Hazard, I'm sure having his brother around would have been helping him settle

I think this is pretty much last chance for Kakuta, unless he has an incredible loan period unfortunately I cant see him being at our club for much longer. Its a real shame but it looks like that bad injury coupled with the ridiculous ban given to him has really slowed down his progress.

And scored again. He's doing well but needs to be playing much better to warrant a recall in my opinion.

I don't think anyone would seriously suggest that we should recall him.

Saw this from the recent WAGNH post about our loanees and loved it:

Nathaniel Chalobah (Watford): Chalobah had one heck of a week. He made his professional debut midweek, getting 20 minutes as a substitute against Brighton. He was excellent in that showing, so Gianfranco Zola rewarded him with a weekend start against Bristol. He drew rave reviews, and the youngster was probably the best player on the pitch for that match. I'd imagine he's likely to remain a starter after that showing.

Watched Guimaraes v Braga match last night, wasn't really impressed with Lalkovic. Granted Braga pretty much controlled the match and he only had 20 mins or so to impress but when he did get involved he didn't do much at all. Few decent runs I guess that would have developed into something more if he was spotted but all in all it was a pretty lacklustre in my view.

Slightly disappointed that he can't break into the first team and has been restricted to a sub role, their forwards are really nothing special.
