I'm giving the MOTM to Johnny Bumstead for that great overhead back heel against Leeds.

I voted Azpilicueta, didn't see or hear it but thought i would give him a debut MOTM.

Yorkley wasn't at his best but he'll bounce back.

From what I could gather Piazon and Mata seemed to be the players behind a good number of our attacks, so went with Piazon as I don't think we'll see him often this year unfortunately.

Just got back from the game, a few stand out performances:

Mata - Ran the show, superb touches and a couple of decent assists.

Bertrand - Superb left back display, often overlapped and offered decent width, great crosser and wonderful finish for the goal.

Moses - Tireless worker down the wing, gave the defenders hell although he is a little one footed. He edged it for me with his goal and workrate!

Good debuts for Marin and Azpellicueta as well as Piazon.

On my way home and a few.to mention: Piazon, looked promising but very light weight, he's got a fair way to go.

Bertrand, good, solid in the tackle and positive going forward.

Mata, oozes class.

Torres, we need a new striker.

Romeo, if he can do that against better position he should be starting every game. MOM for me.

Oh and John Terry; one England captain, there's only one England captain......

I didn't see the game but great to hear we may have a challenger for the right back position.

Cesar has impressed me no end in this match but I had to go for Mata, he bossed the game until he got subbed. Nobody had a bad game really, Ryan and Torres' goals were good, Torres' 1-2 with Mata for Mata's goal was sublime football, should have tucked another chance away in the 2nd half but overall he had a good game. Piazon impressed me and Romeu reminded us why he was first choice for a while last season. Good to see Moses getting a goal on his first start and it was also good to see Marin finally play, played well too

Overall great performance from everybody, more of the same Saturday please.

Romeu had an excellent first half, was solid in the second, but not as good.

Mata looked class and it was good to see him really up for it in a game where he could have afforded to take it easy, some good games all over the park in what was to be fair an easy game.

Good run out for the new boys and well done to Robbie for getting so many of them a bit of game time, Surprised Torres played but it would have been pretty pointless to play anyone else at CF when its unlikely to happen in anything barring an emergency.

DIdnt see the game, just the goals highlights but heard Mata had a great game and pretty much ran the show.

Unless you went to the game though its pretty hard to nominate someone for MOTM
