JOSE MOURINHO PLEASE COME HOME

We have Oscar, Mata and Hazard, arguably on par with Duff, Robben and Cole.

We need another Drogba but Roman will give you Falcao.

We have no Maka but we have JT and you can persuade the board to keep Lampard and Cole.

You can dictate and control the playing side and build a Chelsea dynasty as you once dreamed of and above all our fans will love you and will be the most forgiving as you build up to delivering trophy by trophy as you once did before.

If Roman Abramovich sold the club to some other billionaire then Mourinho would be Chelsea's next manager. This is not going to happen anytime soon, Roman Abramovich's ego is too large for him to admit to the mistake of forcing Mourinho out.

I would not be unhappy to see Roman Abramovich sell the club to another billionaire, actually, in my opinion, i think maybe it's time he did this. As an owner i feel he no longer can take us forward. The constant meddling is really effecting us now, and with Roman in charge i can only see this getting worse and worse, to the point where we can no longer attract big name players and eventually start consistently finishing outside the top 4.

Stability is needed and Abramovich's meddling is pushing us farther and farther away from this.

We need to get over him - as hard and as gutting as that might be, he's never coming back.

Would you go back, if your boss treated you like Roman treated him? We had our chance, we could

of had our Alex Ferguson, but our owner (who knows f**k all about football) ditched him.

We need to find the next special one..............wherever he may be........

We need to find the next special one..............wherever he may be........

We tried that and he ended up at Spurs !

There is only one special one and the only one who can get us out of this mess

Roman, the board and the fans have to get used to it.

With all these stupid planned protests going on, why not just fill Stamford Bridge

with 'Bring Back Jose' flags >>>>>

While I'd be overjoyed to see Jose come back I don't for a minute believe there is only one man that can take us forward, what I do believe however is there is one man certain to take us backwards, stand up and be counted, don't give us any excuses just take this huge plaudit with humility and honesty, don't blame someone else just accept this and place the honour in your folder with your silver service mark certificate Mr Rafael Benitez.

Not only have you devided the fans but from what we saw today you have removed the soul of the team and its motivation, for that you truely are just what I expected.

We need a manager that can get the respect of the players while at the same time giving them a kick up the ass, thats what Jose, Carlo and RDM had in common.

I love King Carlo, always had and always will, but for the life of me, I can not understand why he had so much faith in Malouda. Other than that frailty, I would love to see King Carlo back at Stamford Bridge.

To be fair malouda had 1 or 2 good seasons, from memory he was one of our best players under Hiddink and also had one under Carlo where he was top goalscorer.

If he could have consistently played like that he would have been one of our key players.

I always liked Carlo as a man but was never confident as his as our manager. Yes we won the double but we were shocking in his second season at times, the CL games against united were just shocking. We never had a plan B with Carlo.

I have always thought he was over rated as a manager. He is now proving that at PSG. With the players they have they should be top of the league by miles.

As a Manchester United fan I was in disbelief when Roman sacked Jose, I feel Chelsea would of dominated English Football, and would probably have more than one European Cup to your name by now if you kept him, its as if Roman expects to win every trophy every season, that is never going to happen, and to sack your manager if you don't win everything is just madness. I can't see Jose going back to the bridge, the more likely scenario is him taking over at Old Trafford after Ferguson retires.

I doubt that unless Fergie is retiring at the end of this season. Jose will be back in england next season at City or Chelsea.

But then Jose had his players moulded his way, doubt Roman will have him back now, jose is going to leave RM before he is fired, cos Barca are pissing la liga, not sure who i want to manage us, the Board will probably completely surprise us, Micheal Laudrup playing good football, and one of the all time 'sexy footballl' footballers.

Ferguson could well retire at the end of the season.

Jose may not even see out the season at Real if he gets papped out the CL, we really should be making contact with him to try to get him to agree to take over in the summer.

Roman has shat on us from a very high height, if he was a smart man then he would get this done to repair some of the damage he has done.

All I can say is if Jose ends up at United we can kiss goodbye to winning the league until HE retires !

Not Really.

You seen the latest La Liga table? Madrid are now 13 points behind Barca despite the squad of players he has at his disposal.

I'm really in two minds on Mourinho. On the one hand I would love him to come back (and I would bite your hand off now if it was an offer on the table and it meant goodbye to the FSW). But as good as his record is, his return would be no guarantee that everything was going to be as good as it was first time around. I am also desparate to see the youth given a chance going forward and I really don't see Mourinho as the man to do that.

So I guess Guardiola is my preferred choice.

I'm the same with a lot of what you say , if Jose came back there is no guarantee it would work out , as with any manager. But I'd fear for him and us and our relationship if he came back and it went sideways. Having said that at the moment I'd take him in a heartbeat , we need someone more than ever to restore the heart back into the club. I've seen far to many performances where players just don't get what playing for Chelsea is all about. And to be quite frank about it , I'm getting fed up with it.

Man up or do the honourable thing , put in a request to leave.
